Natalia is very nice and friendly; however, based on our experience, I would not choose to use her services again. We selected Natalia because she told us she had experience caring for dogs with anxiety. During our phone conversation before booking, she also stated that our dog would be the only dog in her care. When we arrived, however, there were at least two other dogs in the home. On the first night, we received a message stating that our dog was experiencing anxiety and asking whether my parents could pick him up. Unfortunately, my parents were out of town and were unable to do so, which I communicated to Natalia. The following day, I reached out to check on how our dog was doing but did not receive a response. Instead, I later received a message from Rover Safety stating that Natalia was no longer able to care for our dog. I was disappointed that this information was not communicated directly to us as his owners. I contacted Natalia to ask about the situation but still did not receive a response. Fortunately, we were able to arrange care with another sitter. While examining our dog, the new sitter noticed that he had what appeared to be a bite injury on his ear. Because this likely occurred while he was in Natalia’s care, I was especially concerned that we were not informed about the injury. While I understand that caring for a dog with anxiety can sometimes be challenging, I believe clearer communication and transparency were needed throughout this experience. Based on the lack of communication and the concerns that arose during our dog’s care, we would not feel comfortable using Natalia’s services again.

Natalia was great at communicating to us and sending pictures of our dog. He well taken care of while we were gone.

I will always choose Natalia to care for my pup if she’s available! She is so attentive and caring and always provides updates and photos. I rest easy when I’m away knowing Natalia is home with my dog. Thanks so much!

Natalia was absolutely amazing! She showed my pup the best time. He didn't want to leave! He came back from his weekend "away" pooped. When I re-played a video Natalia sent where she was talking to my dog, my dog perked up and got all excited thinking Natalia was visiting again haha Can't wait to have Natalia pup sit again.

Natalia was amazing! She took care (boarded) my high energy dog and my sweet timid cat during my two week vacation and they both seemed like they had a great time! Natalia is extremely nice, responsive, and sent the best video updates while we were away. You can tell she just truly loves animals! Thank you for the great sit Natalia!

Natalia was great; awesome setup for dogs and Zippy was very well cared for!
