If dogs could write reviews, Natalia would have a waitlist! When I think of Natalia, I think of Elmira, but in the absolute best way because she genuinely loves dogs with her whole heart. If you've ever been out with her, you've probably seen her spot a dog and make a beeline just to say hello (with the owner's permission, of course!). She never misses an opportunity to tell a pup how adorable they are or give them some well-deserved affection. Natalia is incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic to each dog's unique personality and needs. When I went out of town, she was my very first call. I knew she'd be especially patient and gentle with my little, senior pup while making sure his much bigger but younger brother got just as much love and attention. She asked thoughtful questions, carefully followed my instructions, and treated my boys like they were her own.
