Mya had a great stay with Natalia and her Partner and was beautifully cared for. She very obviously didn't want to leave yesterday and was a little morose when we returned home. She cheered up with a long walk however. I was very impressed by Natalias confidence at letting Mya off the lead & her excellent training skills. Thank you for taking great care of Mya.

I booked this sitter for an overnight stay during a heatwave and stressed multiple times the importance of walking my dog before 8am and after 8pm, the coolest hours. He’s double-coated and hadn’t blown his coat, so heat was our biggest concern. On the day we dropped him off, she didn’t need to walk him in the morning. However, she only gave him one crushed tablet and did not give the rest of his supplements with food as instructed they were left in the same tub. She walked him at 6pm (during the heat of the day), which we had specifically asked her not to do. We are not sure if he was walked again after this. The next morning when I arrived to collect him between 8–9am, his belongings were not packed and she had not packed his bowls. She was also holding him by the neck/collar while answering the door, even though we had asked her to put him in another room when answering the door. He also had not been walked that morning, even though we had clearly asked for a walk before 8am due to the heat. I had to chase for updates the whole time and only received one from her without a chase. My dog came home clearly affected by the heat and not himself. I don’t think she is well experienced with large dogs. Unfortunately I would not recommend this sitter. The safety instructions around walking times and supplements were not followed, communication was poor, and my dog’s wellbeing was not prioritised.
