Natalia did a wonderful job caring for my cat Terry while I was away! My cat instantly took a liking to her and from the photos I can tell my cat was very happy and relaxed with Natalia. Natalia was also very professional while arranging the visits. When we met, she'd clearly read my cat's care instructions very thoroughly as she knew all the details from memory, and I felt at ease trusting her with my cat.

Natalia is my sister's friend who has been massive help when I needed last minute help looking after my cat. She travelled from West Midlands to Scotland which says a lot about her enthusiasm. We also got a full library of her cat's pictures as the best reference possible. Initially, we were afraid how will our young cat react to a new person, but Natalia has been very patient and gentle with her for the first few hours. They quickly became great pals :)
