Availability

I’m currently accepting drop-in visit bookings, dog walking, overnights and I also have some availability for pet sitting in the owner’s home. I study veterinary nursing full time, and pet sitting helps support me while I work towards my dream career. I plan my days around the animals in my care, making sure I have enough time for feeding, play, cuddles, and any special needs they may have. Your pet’s routine fits naturally into my weekly schedule, and I’m always happy to adapt to what they’re used to.

Safety, trust & environment

Whether I’m caring for pets in their own home or stopping by for drop-in visits, safety and trust are always my top priorities. In the owner’s home: I keep pets in their normal routine to help them feel secure. I follow all owner instructions carefully, including feeding times, litter/cleaning routines, enrichment, and any medication needs. I always ensure doors and windows are locked properly, double-check that pets can’t access anything unsafe, and keep their environment calm and comfortable. I send regular updates and photos so owners feel reassured while they’re away. For drop-in visits: I give each pet one-to-one attention, monitor their behaviour, and make sure they’re safe, fed, clean, and happy before I leave. I check water bowls, look for any signs of stress or illness, and ensure everything is secure when I head out. With my veterinary nursing background, I’m confident handling shy, anxious, or medically dependent pets, and I’m always attentive to any changes in behaviour or health.

Information Natalia B. would like to know about your pet

A typical day depends on each pet’s personality and routine, but my goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and relaxed. For cats, this might include quiet play with toys, brushing, treats, or just gentle company if they’re more independent. For dogs, I focus on walks, playtime, enrichment games, or practising basic commands if they enjoy that. I always make time for cuddles, reassurance, and keeping their routine as close to normal as possible. I also check their food, water, litter or toilet needs, and spend quality time so they don’t feel lonely while their owners are away. Every pet gets individual attention and activities tailored to what they enjoy most.

A typical day

A typical day for me starts with greeting the pets and making sure they’re comfortable and happy. I check that they have fresh water, the right amount of food, and clean bedding or litter. I spend time giving them attention and making sure their routines are followed — whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or medication if needed. I always keep an eye on their behaviour to make sure they’re healthy and relaxed. I love making each pet’s day enjoyable! For dogs, I’d go for walks, play fetch, and include some basic training games for mental stimulation. For cats, I’d use toys like feather wands or laser pointers, and spend quiet time giving cuddles if they enjoy that. For smaller pets, I’d add enrichment like tunnels or foraging treats.

Trusted Pet Care by Vet Nurse Student🐾🩺

Pet care experience

As a vet nursing student and passionate animal lover, I bring medical knowledge and hands-on experience to every pet I care for. I have been volunteering at the NSPCA Cattery and Dog Rehoming Centre for over a year, gaining experience with cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments. I can provide specialised care for senior pets, administer medications, and ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, gentle handling, or extra medical care, I tailor my approach to each pet’s individual needs. My goal is to give owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in capable and caring hands.

Natalia was so helpful and kind. Wilbur adored her company and all the attention she gave him. Our other cat is very shy and timid, he hides whenever anyone comes into the house. Natalia looked for him each day to make sure he was ok. She updated us daily with photos and videos which really made us feel relaxed while we were away!

My first time booking Natalia as my regular sitter was away. She looked after my cat Zoe well and Zoe seemed happy when I returned. Natalie sent pics and updates. All very professional and would book again.
