We were looking for a last minute care dog sitter for our 2 Yorkies. We picked Natalia based on her high rating. She agreed to a time for a meet and greet and gave me a heads up that she may or may not be able to make it, then later confirmed she’s be available. The meeting went well, she seemed great and I booked her. Once we left she didn’t show up until way later than the agreed upon time. I called concerned since I didn’t have backup if she canceled. She let me know she was helping her mom and was late. During the next few days she would leave earlier than we talked and show up later. Given, we were on a cruise we had spotty WiFi and my husband called her twice late at 9pm to confirm the dogs were ok. I woke up to an essay of a message saying how it’s inappropriate for him to call. My dogs were fed and had someone to sleep with, but I would not recommend her or will be using her services for the future.

Natalia is great! You can tell she really cares about animals! She shows interest in our pup and sends lots of pictures when she’s with him! It’s nice to know that he is in very capable and caring hands 😊
