Filing my Dog-Shaped Void
I grew up with two very different dogs, a Dachshund and an Irish Setter, so I’m comfortable with both smaller and larger dogs and all the personalities that come with them! Since moving to Boston, I’ve really missed having dogs in my everyday life, and Rover has been my way of getting that dog time back. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely enjoy giving dogs plenty of exercise, playtime, affection, and companionship. I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, whether they’re high-energy and need long walks and playtime or more of a couch-and-cuddles type. I also understand that every dog has different needs and quirks, so I take the time to learn what makes each pup comfortable. My priority is making sure your dog feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away, while keeping you updated along the way!

Schedule
I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I have the flexibility to take dogs out for walks, give them plenty of attention and playtime throughout the day, and provide potty breaks as needed while still keeping up with my work responsibilities. I’m especially happy to have a furry companion around while I work, and I can be flexible with my schedule for longer walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting.

I treat every pet like they’re my own and prioritize making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m attentive to their individual routines, personalities, and needs, and I always follow their owner’s instructions closely. Since I work from home, I’m able to provide plenty of supervision, attention, and regular breaks throughout the day. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure everything is left clean and just as I found it. Most importantly, I want both pets and their owners to feel completely comfortable and confident while they’re in my care.

A typical day
Every pet’s day will look a little different depending on their personality and energy level! I live near a large park and Carson Beach, so I love taking dogs out for walks, letting them run around on the grass, or getting some fresh air by the water. I especially loved doing this with my family dogs when they would visit me in Boston. I’m also always up for playtime, toys, cuddles, or a cozy afternoon together. Since I work from home, I can keep them company throughout the day and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and regular breaks.
