For over 15 years (off and on), I’ve been professionally caring for animals through house sitting, dog boarding, dog walking, and pet care.I also grew up surrounded by cats, dogs, bunnies, and all kinds of little critters, so animals have always been a huge part of my life 💓 I have an active, playful and loving approach to caring for pets and I’m very diligent about making sure every animal in my care feels safe, comfortable, happy, and loved. 😊 My pup, Pía, is a super friendly, energetic little social butterfly who absolutely loves making new friends. She loves to play with other dogs and is also cat friendly! She can be a little high-energy for some cats, but she’s never aggressive - she just genuinely wants to be friends with everyone 😂 Pía and I typically do 2-3 potty outings each day as well as one longer walk, hike or park play. She has plenty of energy to burn 🔥 We love long walks, exploring different dog parks, and going on hikes. That said, I’m always happy to adjust our routine to fit your pet’s individual needs, energy level, and comfort. Pía is pretty easygoing these days and is happy to go with the flow! I live in an apartment with multiple rooms that can be closed off if pets need their own space or need to be separated. I also have a kennel available. When I’m away, I’m comfortable leaving pets free-roaming as long as that’s what they’re accustomed to and their owners are comfortable with it. I’m also never gone for more than about two hours at a time. I truly love getting to know each pet’s personality and making them feel at home while they’re with me. I’ll treat your fur babies like they’re my own and can’t wait to spend some time with them! 🐾🤍

Narra dog sat my border collie mix for me. He had a great time and came home tired and happy. He got plenty of love and attention while I was away. I received lots of great photos and videos which was great to see how my baby boy was doing. Would highly recommend!
Narra helped us out when we were in an unexpected pinch by watching our dog for a few hours! Bailey had a great time and enjoyed her brief stay, and Narra kept us in the loop with lots of cute photos. Thanks so much for everything!
Narra was incredible! She came through for us in a tough bind and this being our first time using Rover and having someone house sit, we can’t recommend her enough! She was in constant contact with us, shared so many photos and videos and made sure our pups had quality outings twice a day! We felt so at ease knowing our boys were in her care and will 100% use her next time we need a house sitter. Thank you Narra!

Schedule
I am available for boarding, house sitting or anything else 7 days a week. I have full availability currently as I work in real estate so much of my work can be done from home and I’m out for only a few hours at a time.

I have various rooms, a side yard and tons of awesome trails in the neighborhood to explore. We have a subscription to Barkbox so we are always getting fun new toys that all the dogs love 🥰 I like to feel the animals energy and then just do whatever they are most comfortable doing. Pia is super flexible as long as she is with me, so it’s been great getting to care for so many new friends and for Pia to have so many new friends to play and interact with 😊

A typical day
I live in Goose Hollow in SW Portland which has great areas to explore and lots of hills and trails. I like to take my dog to the dog park many sunnier days! I am happy to adjust our schedule to suit your pet’s needs for the time that they are staying with us (or I am staying there). I can also just hang with the animals that enjoy being more low key. Get the zoomies out and then we chill!

- I’d love to know a little about your pup ahead of time so I can make their stay as comfortable, safe, and fun as possible 😊 Things like allergies or dietary restrictions, how they do with other dogs, and how they are on and off leash are all really helpful to know. I’d also love to hear about any personality quirks, routines, special needs, fears, or behaviors that might be important for me to be aware of. The more I know about your pup, the better I can accommodate them and make them feel at home 🏡 I don’t have any breed preferences — I’ve had wonderful experiences with all kinds of dogs and love getting to know each dog’s individual personality. 🤍 The only thing I ask is that your pup is comfortable and safe around other dogs, since they’ll be spending time with my pup, Pía. I want to make sure it’s a happy, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone! 🐾
