I have a very open and flexible schedule. I can easily work around your pet’s routine, whether that means early mornings, evenings, or multiple check-ins throughout the day. Since I’m not juggling a busy schedule right now, I’m able to spend more quality time with your pet instead of rushing in and out. If your pet wants playtime, company, or just someone to sit nearby while they do their own thing, I’m there for it.

I’m very mindful of creating a calm and safe environment, especially since pets can be sensitive to changes. I make sure doors and windows are secure, feeding areas are clean, and everything stays consistent with what your pet is used to. I pay attention to behavior and give pets space when they need it, but I’m also happy to sit with them, play, or just exist in the same space if that’s what they prefer. Sometimes the best way to bond with a pet is to not try too hard. I treat your home with respect and follow your instructions closely so everything stays exactly how you like it.

I’ve been caring for pets for over 6 years and have had two cats of my own, so I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I treat every pet like they’re my own not just making sure they’re fed, but making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I naturally pay attention to the little things changes in behavior, mood, or appetite because I know those details matter. Whether your pet is playful and energetic or more shy and independent, I adjust to their personality and let them warm up at their own pace. I’m very consistent with routines because I know that’s what helps pets feel secure. I’ll follow your instructions closely and keep things as normal as possible while you’re away. You’ll always get regular updates and photos, so you don’t have to wonder how your pet is doing. I want you to feel completely at ease knowing they’re in good hands.

I’m so happy we stumbled upon Narges profile. She was super communicative from the start. She happily hopped on a facetime with us so we could be crazy cat ladies and explain the idiosyncrasies of feeding our cats. I found Narges after my last walker flaked twice in one week and I was DONE. My girl is 3, sweet as anything but a complete menace on leash when she sees a squirrel or another dog, and I was bracing for the usual "she's a handful" feedback. Narges met us for a meet-and-greet first (already a green flag), asked actual questions about her triggers, what cues we use, where she likes to sniff vs. just power through, like she was taking notes for a job interview. First walk she sent a little recap with photos, the route they took, how long they sniffed at the hydrant my dog is obsessed with, and a note that she'd worked on loose-leash past the dog in 4B that always sets her off. WHO DOES THAT. She's gentle with my doorman (iykyk, NYC building politics are real), shows up on time even in gross weather, and my dog now loses her mind in a good way when she hears the keys. If you're a dog parent in the city who's tired of walkers who treat it like a side gig, book her. She actually cares.
Booked Narges last-minute when a work trip got pushed up and honestly I was a wreck about leaving my two cats with someone new. Miso (15, very shy, hides from literally everyone) was sitting on her lap by day two, she sent me a photo and I almost cried at the gate. She followed every weird part of their routine without me having to repeat anything (Miso only eats wet food mixed a specific way, Pepper needs her pill hidden in a churu), kept the apartment cleaner than I left it, and sent updates every single visit without me having to ask. She's clearly professional but also just genuinely loves what she does, you can tell. NYC cat parents. if you're nervous about leaving a shy or senior cat with a stranger in your apartment, stop scrolling, it's her. Already rebooked for next month.
Narges (Florence) is literally the sweetest human being. She takes such amazing care of my dog Princess and always makes me feel so at ease. What I love most is her communication, she is SO fast and always sends updates so I never have to worry for a second. She’s not just kind to Princess, she’s warm and caring to me as well, which honestly makes such a big difference. Princess loves her and that says it all. If you’re thinking about booking her, just do it. Best decision you’ll make for your dog! 🐾
