I have a set shift pattern so this is easy for me to work around the animals and my schedule. I am able to walk them before and after my shift without leaving them on their own for too long as well as being able to pop back during a pet sit.

I can have a dog in my house as long as they are dog and cat friendly. I have a secure garden with high walls and lots of countryside around. Preferably would like to house sit in someone’s home, I find it’s better for the animals to be in their own environment.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally, I think this is incredibly important. Walks will consist of scatter feeding and mind games as well as similar mental activity at home.

Pet care experience
I’ve worked alongside animals since I was 17 and have obtained qualifications in canine behaviour which is a plus for me whilst looking after dogs. I am quick to spot any issues. Most of my experience comes from rescue and nervous dogs. I love animals, always have & will treat your pet as if they’re my own! At the moment, I have a two year old rescue shepherd mix all the way from Macedonia and a beautiful two year old rescue black cat.

Naomi was awesome: she sent regular updates twice a day with photos and videos; she visited casper twice before my holiday so that casper was familiar with her; completely trustworthy, lovely lady and casper was obviously happy with her. Naomi has been walking our dog Jack for over two years now. I couldn’t recommend anyone else, she treats Jack as part of her family and takes him out for fun walks! We get videos and photos when they’re out and about and he absolutely adores her. When she pulls up outside, he barks until we open the door! We have only used her once for pet sitting as we take Jack everywhere we go but he had the best weekend and lived a life of luxury. It is a real treat that she knows so much about dog behaviour and their health.
