Animal Lover 🐾 15+ Yrs Experience
Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love helping them stay happy, healthy, and safe. I've raised my own dogs for over 15 years—all from puppies—and have provided pet care for family and friends throughout that time. I've spent years learning canine body language, assessing behavior, and working alongside professional dog trainers. I have extensive experience with reactive dogs and understand how to safely and confidently meet their needs during walks and daily care. Whether your pet is energetic, anxious, in training, a senior, or has special needs, I'm happy to adapt my care to what makes them feel most comfortable. While I'm not a veterinary professional, I worked in veterinary diagnostics for nearly 10 years, giving me a strong understanding of animal health and behavior. I'm comfortable administering medications to both dogs and cats, can provide basic first aid if needed, and have experience caring for senior pets and those with medical needs. One of my own dogs struggled with severe anxiety, and through patience, training, and consistency she grew into a calm, happy companion, giving me firsthand experience supporting dogs that need a little extra understanding. I currently offer walks, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting. My goal is to care for every pet as if they were my own, following your routines closely so they feel safe, loved, and stress-free while you're away.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently offer walks, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting in your home. I believe pets are happiest when they can stay in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. I'll follow your care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special routines or training. During walks, I prioritize your pet's safety by paying close attention to their body language, avoiding situations that may cause stress, and ensuring they're secure at all times. I'll also provide regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away. Because I have a reactive dog at home, I don't offer boarding or doggy daycare. This allows me to give my full attention to your pet while they're comfortable in their own home.
Ratings and reviews
Naomi was awesome and treated our dogs with love and care. We will hire her next time!
Naomi was awesome, she did great with keeping track of what all the fur babies needed and my house was just as I left it! And so friendly too, we look forward to booking with her again!

Absolutely — here’s a warm, genuine review that hits all of that: I had a great experience with Naomi watching my dogs and taking care of my home while I was away for work. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire time, which gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing everything was being taken care of. I came home to a clean house, happy dogs, and she even left a thoughtful little gift, which was such a nice surprise. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does. I’m extremely grateful for how well she took care of everything and would absolutely trust and recommend Naomi to anyone looking for someone dependable, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Thank you again, Naomi!

Naomi is such an attentive animal lover and took time for enrichment for both my cat and dog. I’m always nervous leaving my dog with anyone but Naomi was really special and took her time getting to know Chopper’s behavior on walks. On the brief occasion I travel, I know my animals are safe her. Naomi is also a wonderful communicator, a true animal lover!
Naomi is an incredible pet caregiver. I have personally seen her care for multiple dogs at once by herself, and she handled everything with patience, confidence, and genuine compassion. She is comfortable caring for many types of animals, including dogs, cats, and even snakes. Naomi is responsible, attentive, and someone you can completely trust with your pets. She treats every animal with kindness and takes the time to understand their individual needs and personalities. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter.
Wonderful experience with this sitter! Naomi was very attentive to my cat who just had a major surgery and followed our dietary restrictions to a T! Highly recommend as Naomi is knowledgeable about both dogs and cats, how procedures and aftercare typically goes for animals, and even what medications are common and their dosage. She even managed to feed my elusive, social anxiety ridden cat from her hand!

Schedule
I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide dependable care for your pets. I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight house sitting on both weekdays and weekends after 10:00 AM. I'll always communicate clearly about my availability and make every effort to accommodate your pet's routine whenever possible.

- No breed preferences. I've met many different kinds of dogs and I love each of their unique personalities. I would like the owner to let me know of anything that helps the dog if they are nervous or anxious. If they are friendly with other dogs or if the dog has any triggers like cars, sprinklers, squirrels, birds, lawn mowers, whatever it might be so I can avoid them. I would also like to know if the dog is in any kind of training and if I can help with it during the walks or visits so there is no confusion for the dog when learning new commands.
