Ratings and reviews
Naomi was amazing. She stepped in to dog-sit at the last minute when someone else cancelled, which was very much appreciated. She sent me lots of photos and videos and the dogs looked like they had an amazing time with her. Thank you so much Naomi, I would recommend you to anyone :)

Naomi was great with Tallulah - she came back happy and was sad to see Naomi go! Naomi was great even though Tallulah was sick in her car and pooed on her carpet! She was really flexible with pick ups and drops offs. Will definitely use Naomi again and would highly recommend her.

I can’t recommend Naomi highly enough! She went above and beyond to make sure that Tevye was happy and that I was kept updated (and therefore happy!) throughout the day.
Naomi is the perfect person to care for your fur baby. She owns Clover a miniature Goldendoodle who she has trained from a puppy to an Assistance dog. She adores all animals & takes the time to understand what any animal in her care needs. She has helped me with training my puppy & she treats any dog like her own. She loves to play & interact with dogs whether that’s in your home or hers. When she has cared for my puppy she respects my puppy’s routine , takes her for walks where she can sniff, play on a long lead & works on her recall & socialisation too. Your doggo will have great time with Naomi & you can be reassured that they are being looked after just as you would. Naomi has lots of experience with guinea pigs too!!

Schedule
Pet care fits really naturally into my life, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. I work in Fareham during the day and usually finish at 4pm, but I can pop in for visits around Fareham during my lunch break, as well as before or after work. I’m also available most evenings and weekends, and I occasionally work from home. On Fridays I finish at 12pm, so I have even more flexibility then. I’m a big fan of getting outside and especially love being at the beach, so if your dog enjoys a good walk, a bit of exploring or a trip somewhere new, even better! I’m also happy to care for dogs who are comfortable being left for a few hours while I’m at work, as long as that fits their usual routine.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are really important to me. I know how difficult it can be leaving your dog with someone new, so I want them to feel safe, settled and comfortable in my care. I’m a dog owner myself, so I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine and little quirks. I’ll take the time to get to know your pet and follow the routines and instructions you leave for me, whether that’s feeding, walks, medication, playtime or simply giving them some company. When caring for pets in their own home, I’ll always treat your home with the same respect I would my own. I’m happy to send updates and photos while you’re away, too, so you know how your pet is getting on. Most importantly, I want them to have a calm, positive experience and for you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re being looked after.

A typical day
I love being outdoors and spend a lot of my free time at the beach, so there’ll be plenty of opportunities for walks, exploring and little adventures. I also have some lovely walks near me through woodland and across the fields, which are perfect for dogs who enjoy having a good sniff and exploring somewhere new. I have my own dog, Clover, who is a Miniature Goldendoodle, so they’ll have a little friend around too if they enjoy playing and having company. I also have an enclosed garden where they can potter around and explore. It’s mostly plants and shrubs rather than a big lawn, but there’s plenty to sniff! Most importantly, they’ll get lots of love, attention and cuddles while they’re with me. I want them to feel happy and comfortable, whether that means heading off on an adventure with me or having a cosy, chilled-out day.

- The more I know about your dog beforehand, the better I can look after them. I have my own dog, Clover, a Miniature Goldendoodle, so it’s important for me to know how your dog is around other dogs and whether they’re comfortable sharing a home and going on walks with another dog. As I’ll usually need to drive to get to walks and places, I also need to know how they are in the car, including whether they travel well or are prone to car sickness! It’s also helpful to know what they’re like out and about — whether they pull on the lead, how they respond to other dogs and people, and any little quirks, habits or things they find difficult. I’d much rather know these things beforehand so I can be prepared and make sure everyone is happy and safe. It won’t put me off — knowing what to expect just means I can plan properly and give your dog the best experience possible. If there’s anything else you think I should know, please tell me!
