Information Naomi B. would like to know about your pet
We always require all food and medications be brought as we do not provide those. What is their feeding routine? Is your pet crate trained? Do they have any triggers? What is their typical daily routine? Please bring a copy of your dogs vaccine records, or have your vet email us a copy to keep on file. We require the 3 core vaccines. Rabies, distemper/parvo and Bordetella. - puppies are an exception. If your dog is under 1 year old, we do not require any vaccines. When you drop your dog off, we require that you a sign a liability waiver for safety purposes. Though accidents have never happened here, dogs can be unpredictable we want to make sure everyone is taken care of. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask! Hope to see your pup here soon!
A typical day
lots of outside play time, naps in cozy beds, playing with my other dogs, fun doggie pool time in the summer, and of course, endless toys.

Trusted In Home Care ❤️
Pet care experience
Experienced, In Home Care You Can Trust! Hi! I’m Naomi. I offer dog walking, drop in visits, and overnight stays in your home so your dog can stay where they feel most comfortable. I do this full time and have spent my whole life around animals. I have over 10 years of hands on experience including training service dogs, caring for anxious and special needs pups, giving medications, and working with a wide range of behaviors. I’m very comfortable reading dogs and adjusting to what they need. My husband occasionally helps me out, he's wonderful with dogs as well. When I’m with your dog, they are not just being “checked on.” I’m actually spending time with them, paying attention to their behavior, and making sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re gone. For walks, I match your dog’s pace and energy level. For drop ins, I make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, get potty breaks, and some real attention and interaction. For overnights, I keep things calm and consistent so your dog can relax and feel secure in their own home. I take the time to learn your dog’s routine and personality so I can keep things as normal as possible for them. Some dogs need more activity, some need more reassurance, and I’m very mindful of that. I am also happy to work on some obedience training for an extra fee. You’ll also get regular updates with photos and videos so you know how your dog is doing and can actually relax while you’re away. I’m happy to work with dogs who have anxiety, quirks, or specific routines. I just don’t take dogs with a history of aggression toward people. If you’re picky about who you trust with your dog, I completely get it. I take this seriously and care a lot about doing things right. I’d love to take care of your best friend!

Reviews
Maggie loves it at Maples Place. She looks so good when we pick her up & happy. We are so thankful to have such a wonderful place to take Maggie.

Naomi and Lilly were amazing. Because Forrest was recently bitten at a different boarding facility and required two surgeries and lots of medications, we were very nervous leaving him in the care of someone else while taking a vacation we could not cancel. But we felt incredibly comfortable in advance since they talked us through exactly where Forrest would stay, minimized the number of steps he would go up/down to get outside, reduced his contact with other dogs, ensuring that they clearly understood his medication schedule, and more. We received picture updates every day including letting us know how his stitches were holding up and how the wound was healing. While it was difficult to go on vacation while our boy was recovering, we knew the whole time he was in great hands and he came back to us a week and a half later almost fully recovered (he got his stitches out just a few days after we picked him up), and we can't thank Lilly and Naomi enough for their thoughtful care!

What a great place to send your pup! They have a great setup to let your dog play and socialize with other dogs. Our Pickles had a great time and came home exhausted from all of the playing.
Scout had a blast, and I’ll definitely be booking again. She came home exhausted and happy. Thank you!
