🐾 Every Dog Treated Like Family
I've always loved animals. Growing up in apartments, we couldn’t have dogs, but as soon as I was able, I rescued my first dog, a sweet and energetic pit bull named Loka. She was four years old, untrained, and full of zoomies! I took on the responsibility of training her myself through research and dedication, and she became the most loving, well-mannered companion. Raising Loka taught me so much about patience, consistency, and the deep bond we share with our pets. She is now resting peacefully, and I will forever be grateful for the years I had with her. During COVID, I began pet sitting through Rover and Wag to make extra income and to combat the loneliness of that time. It turned out to be a joy — caring for all kinds of dogs, from doodles to Great Danes to pugs. Each one had their own quirks and personalities, and I truly enjoyed building relationships with repeat guests and their families. You may notice a negative review on my profile — unfortunately, it discouraged me from continuing at the time, though I handled the situation with transparency and care. Life happens, and I’ve grown even more as a sitter since then. Later, I rescued my second dog, Simba, a senior Lab full of love and resilience despite a tough past. Though I didn’t have much time with him due to his heart condition, Simba reinforced how precious our animals are and how important it is to trust the people we leave them with. I understand that pets are truly family — and I care for every animal as I would my own.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I create a calm and caring environment where pets feel welcome and secure. I carefully supervise introductions between dogs and monitor play to ensure that everyone is safe and getting along. If I notice any tension or signs of stress, I separate dogs as needed to give them space and maintain a peaceful atmosphere. I board no more than 2 pets at a time, and I always communicate with pet parents ahead of time if other dogs will be present. I live in a dog-friendly apartment in Pilsen with nearby parks for walks and enrichment. While I don’t have a fenced yard, I take safety precautions on all walks, using secure leashes and harnesses, and I am mindful of each dog’s needs and comfort level when outside.

Great sitter! Loved the pics and updates I received while I was away. I knew Boosie was safe and comfortable with Naomi.

Naomi was so great with our little pup and followed all of our walk directions well! She's great with dogs. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Naomi was an amazing sitter—very communicative from start to finish and sent lots of pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear that Bleu absolutely loved her and was so comfortable in her care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!

Naomi was wonderful with my little guy. My dog can be anxious and energetic, but Naomi took great care of him and I could tell he felt comfortable with her. She was very communicative and gave him lots of attention. I will definitely use her again!

Naomi was a loving and attentive caregiver who communicated with us often and took beautiful photos of our dog. Highly recommend!

Calendar and availability
Schedule
Currently, I’m a college student attending classes online, work on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday nights. Because of this, I can only board pets who are comfortable being home alone during a full 8-hour workday on those days. The rest of the week, I am home and able to provide plenty of attention, enrichment, and companionship.

Let me know about their daily routine, energy level, favorite activities, quirks, medical needs, any anxieties or triggers, and how they typically do around other dogs and new people.
