I have grown up in a household where we always had pets. I grew up in Ireland on a farm surrounded by lots of animals. My first pet was a golden retriever who I got when I was 1 year old. My home in Ireland we currently have a springer spaniel and cockapoo. I also had lots of cats when I grew up so I would say I’m both a cat and dog person. In my free time I like to go for walks/ runs, and I’m only a mile from the beach! I have dog sitted numerous friends dogs in the past and I treat them like their one of my own. I have experience with a range of breeds, so I’m open to dog sitting any breed- from miniature daschunds to German pointers and labroaders. I am a very energetic person myself so if your dog needs lots of walks and play time I’m your girl! I work Monday-Friday in a hospital, I usually get home just after 4.30pm, and I find my weekends and nights after work are usually free. I only do boarding Friday to Sunday. I live in a house with a fenced garden, with my partner who is also a dog lover- my partner and his family fostered dogs for years when they lived in Cyprus, and he has experience with reactive dogs. I will not allow your dog off the lead unless this is something you are comfortable with and only unless the dog has an established good recall.

First time leaving Logan with anyone other than family and what really nice people to leave him with. From the home visit we were put at ease from a really nice couple. He took to Naoise and Eathen straight away. And even when he came back he still wanted to play with them. Really great experience and we will be using them again. I'd recommend them to anyone. We left our miniature schnauzer with Naoise and her partner while my husband ran the Great North Run and I watched. We were really pleased with the care and attention they gave him and he enjoyed his stay. We would totally recommend Naoise and if we are in the area again and need a dog sitter wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. Thank you Naoise xx

Naoise is absolutely amazing! Our dog Ziggy loves her. I felt so comfortable leaving Ziggy with her for the first time with a new person. She kept up updated with photos and was so attentive with him. Not sure he wanted to come home! Thank you so much and we will definitely be leaving him with you again xx
Our dog Jake always has the best time with Naoise & Ethan! We get loads of updates of them taking him out on adventures and we always know he is safe and well cared for.
Rose and Belle loved the stay with Naoise. From the very 1st message to meeting up, Naoise and her partner made them feel welcome. The photo updates and regular contact were outstanding and made us feel relaxed. What a gem we have found and looking forward to booking again. Can highly recommend this dog loving couple to look after your fur babies. Worth every penny and more!

Schedule
Free most weekends! Working schedule at the moment is 8-4am Monday to Friday. My partner has Fridays off. I’m a very active person so your canine will have lots of fun

I have a fenced garden which is open and the dogs can roam around. I also live close to the beach so lots of places to walk.
A typical day
I live in southshields , which is roughly a 5 minute drive from the beach. I also drive, so if your dog is comfortable with being in a car, I enjoy walks in chopwell forest, as well as saltwell park(which has an enclosed dedicated dog park if your dog is very social). We can discuss where you are happy for me to exercise your dog before hand! If your dog loves stimulation and lots of play time I can provide this as I am a very active person myself. Or if your dog prefers chilling and cuddles I can most certainly provide lots of cuddles and belly rubs !! :) I also enjoy going to dog friendly cafes so if your dog likes people watching we could also do this together, or perhaps a trip to the pub!
