As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible daily routine that allows me to give pets lots of time and attention. Walks, playtime, feeding, and rest are all built into our day. Since I’m home most of the time, your dog will rarely be left alone and will be treated like part of our daily family life.

I do prefer low/non-shedding dogs due to allergies, so thank you for understanding! I would love to know about your pet’s daily routine/schedule, their favorite activities as well as any house rules you want us to follow at my house!
A typical day
As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home throughout the day, so your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and love—not long hours alone. Our day usually starts with a morning potty break and breakfast, followed by some light playtime to get their energy out. Throughout the day, your dog will be part of our daily routine—whether that’s relaxing nearby, getting extra cuddles, or enjoying supervised playtime. I make sure to stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule so they feel comfortable and at ease. We’ll take regular potty breaks and, depending on their energy level, go on walks or spend time playing indoors (a gentle playtime with my toddler if your pet feels comfortable with children!). In the evening, we wind down with dinner, calm time, and lots of affection so they feel safe and settled—just like home.

I will treat every pet like they’re my own. I grew up with dogs most of my life and recently lost a dog-son to a cancer 2 years ago. I do prefer non-shedding dogs due to allergies which allows me to provide a clean and comfortable environment for both your pet and my family. As a stay-at-home mom to a two-year-old, I’m home throughout the day and able to give your dog plenty of attention, care, and affection. Your dog will be treated like part of our family and loved as if they were my own.

I’ve known Nancy for more than a decade, and one of the first things that stands out about her is how naturally caring and attentive she is—especially when it comes to animals. She is the kind of person who notices the little things, whether it’s a change in behavior or just making sure a pet feels comfortable and safe in a new environment. Nancy is incredibly reliable and easy to communicate with, which goes a long way when you’re trusting someone with your pet. Pets seem to gravitate toward her, which I think says a lot. Beyond that, Nancy is just a genuinely good, trustworthy person. She takes responsibility seriously and always follow through. I would feel completely confident leaving my own pet in her care (and have done so before) and know they’ll be treated like family. Anyone would be lucky to have Nancy looking after their pet.
