I am an avid dog lover and truly a lover of all animals. I have been a proud owner of many different dogs in my lifetime and I am dedicated to caring for dogs that are in need. Since my early youth I have always been the "go to" person to tend to family pets and those of neighbors and friends, along side my own. I have been fortunate to have learned from those experiences and I pride myself on sharing all that knowledge with every pet in need or not. One of my dogs "Woody" a 75 pound mixed breed that I could not imagine being without, actually attended University with me and everyone on campus adored him. Dogs need to feel safe and cared for and in return they offer the same comforts to people. I know what it means to truly care for animals and I believe they are as drawn to me as I am to them. I have worked for the Humane Society as well as several Veterinarians' offices throughout my many years of pet care. In my youth, when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up I always imagined myself as a Vet. Although I never achieved that goal, the years I spent learning from others has not gone to waste. I am quick on my feet to respond to any issue(s) that needs my immediate attention and I personally believe that when caring and giving love and attention to pets I am not only providing a service but in return I am rewarded beyond any financial gain. I am extremely trust worthy and know that our furry friends are family too and deserve to be cared for, loved, have a safe place to call their home away from home whenever in need and above all will be treated by someone who appreciates their uniqueness. I live in a popular dog walking area that is also very safe. My home offers easy access for any bathing and or grooming needs, no matter how big or small your pet may be. I can also crate your pet(s) upon request. Visits, pickups and drop offs are also available, safe and secure. I am currently working part time from home which makes me available around the clock. I enjoy walking and driving which opens the door to new parks and walking experiences throughout the Marin County area and beyond. I enjoy the 3 big 'W's. Wind, Wheels, and Water. I find that most animals also enjoy at least 1 if not all 3 so finding something to do or somewhere to go is an easy reach. If your pet(s) prefer to spend their time at home, with little to no real change in routine, that is fine too. I have a fenced yard which is secure and safe for small dogs as well as large dogs. Behind my home is open space which provides the option of enjoying a walk or playtime without having to be around other people or dogs.
