** Thank you for your interest in booking with me! NOTE: I am a sitter working exclusively with cats. ** ‼️2025: I will be wearing a mask whenever meeting with cat parents as that is my personal preference‼️ I am currently a foster parent with two non-profit organizations within Calgary. I have assisted in the adoption process of seven cats so far within the last 2 years. My strength as a self-proclaimed cat whisperer is that my patience is boundless, and I have the calm demeanour that cats are drawn to and trusting of. I have worked with a variety of cats that are different ages (juniors to seniors) and temperaments and have not found one that I have had trouble with. I just think cats are so funny and to be able to meet all the kitty cats in the city, to be able to play with them and feed them is truly an honour that I hope you will entrust me with, I will not let you or your kitty down!

Upon being welcomed into someone’s home, I always say “leave it better than you’ve found it.” My main goal and focus is to provide love and affection to your feline friends when you are away. If I were to house-sit, I make sure all parties are aware of rules and expectations. If anything were to change, I make sure to connect with you right away. Full communication and transparency from me.

Schedule
I work from home as a textile artist (handmade embroidery/sewing/etc.) and pretty much split my attention between cats and colourful thread. Quiet, and calm individual that cats prefer to be around.
- CatsNancy can host up to 5 drop-ins per day
- If you have not booked with me before, I make an effort to set up a Meet & Greet (a free 30 minute session) where I go through a list of questions I have to ensure that your cat is getting the best care while you are gone. After which I always ask if there are any questions/concerns about me as I know how scary/stressful having a stranger in your home and access to your beloved friend(s).
