This was my first time using Rover and it was a great experience, largely in part to Nancy, who took such great care of my senior dog, Mimi. Nancy kept me up-to-date with pictures and texts, and did as much as she could’ve possibly done to make me feel comfortable and that Mimi was in a loved and safe environment.
