Overnight Dog Sitting (In Your Home) 🐾 Hi! I provide loving, reliable overnight care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. ❤️ ✨ What’s Included in My Base Rate: • Morning, afternoon & evening updates with photos so you never feel far from your pup. • Guaranteed overnight stay (8pm–6am), plus 6+ daytime hours since I work from home and usually take only one client at a time. • At least one-two daily walk (30 min) if your dog’s health allows. • Potty breaks as needed. • Feeding, fresh water, meds if required. • Playtime, cuddles, and plenty of attention. • Cleanup of dog waste. • Light household care: watering plants, bringing in mail, taking out trash. ✨ Flexibility & Add-Ons: • Can cook simple meals for pets if ingredients are provided (small surcharge may apply). • Surcharges may apply for: puppies, multiple pets, high medical/constant care needs, or multiple long walks daily. ✨ My Promises to You: • I’ll never leave your pet alone for more than 4 hours at a time (unless we agree otherwise). • I’m tidy and respectful — I bring my own toiletries, clean up after myself, and work quietly from home. • I’m fine with security cameras (please disclose locations). • I’ll treat your pets like my own while keeping you fully in the loop. ✨ House Requirements: • Clean, comfortable home with WiFi (I need this for my remote work). • A desk or table space to work from. • Fridge space for my simple meals during longer stays. 🐕🐾 Whether your pup loves long walks, belly rubs, or just a warm presence at night, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

Information Nancy P. would like to know about your pet

What’s your pet’s name, age, breed, and general temperament? What is its activity level? Does it prefer longer more active hikes or shorter, more frequent walks around the neighborhood? Their routine, any medications, allergies, attachment issues. Does the dog eat poop or trash. On walks, will the dog lunge at other dogs that it sees? For housesits, is the dog allowed on the furniture/bed? Does the dog prefer to sleep in bed with me (I’m okay with this)?

A typical day

When it comes to activities, I love taking dogs on relaxed walks around the neighborhood. If I’m pet sitting and your pup enjoys the outdoors, we might explore local hiking trails or nature parks—always matched to their comfort and energy level. And for downtime? I genuinely enjoy cozying up and watching a documentary with a furry companion. It’s one of my favorite ways to wind down with pets. I generally only take one client per day so I can give your pet the full attention it deserves.

Hat Maker with a Heart for Animals!

Pet care experience

Hi there! I’m a full-time hat maker and lifelong animal lover based in Los Angeles (West Hills/Northridge area) with a flexible schedule and a warm, easygoing vibe that animals seem to love. Though I’m new to Rover, I’ve spent years around dogs, horses, and reptiles, and I’ve even volunteered in hospital settings & a therapeutic riding center —so I’m calm, attentive, and great in all kinds of situations. Here’s a fun twist: I occasionally design hats for internet-famous dogs—and yes, maybe I can send you an update picture with your dog in a funny hat! Whether your pup is the adventurous type or prefers couch snuggles, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and entertained. I typically only take one dog client at a time, so I can give your pet the full attention it deserves. I’m new-ish to Rover but I’ve dog sat for a few elderly dogs so far. I also do have experience caring for elderly and special-needs humans through hospital volunteer work and internships. I’m very comfortable administering medications and even injections, and I’m pet first aid/CPR course certified. I’m educated & responsible. I am a UCLA grad with a degree in Microbiology, Immunology, & Molecular Genetics and Art History. Let me know how I can help!

Nancy showed incredible care for my Great Dane Ziggy. She sent timely pictures and updates throughout her stay and left the space exactly how she found it. I felt like I left my pet with family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for peace of mind when they can’t take their pup with them

We had a great experience with Nancy. She was very responsive from the start and kept us updated multiple times a day (with pictures) on how our dog was doing, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole experience felt very professional. We’d be happy to book with her again.
