I have been a dog owner for 14 years, myself to a beautiful black labrador retriever named Voodoo who passed a few years ago. I miss him terribly every singe day. I have lots of experience with pets of all ages, breeds and sizes and understand the different needs at different times of their lives. Also comfortable administrating medications. I am extremely respectful of your wishes and will ensure at all times that you are informed, and up to date on your fur babies activities (be ready for photos coming your way). As a child, I took up to walking dogs in the neighbourhood. I've volunteered several times, and most memorable in Thailand with the elephants and 400 dogs that were rescued at the Elephant Nature Reserve . It was the highlight of my trip. I will always open my home and my heart to pets. Having pets whilst travelling the world, fills my hearts and make life so much better; puppy licks, cuddles and wagging tails from all around the World.

Pet sitter extraordinaire! Nancy is a great pet sitter. She took care of my golden and tabby cat for two weeks. They were loved, cuddled, taken on adventures and treated like they were her own. She sent photos during the weeks I was away, was easy to communicate with and always available. She truly is a lover of all animals and you can see it when she interacts with any animal. They are drawn to her. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and I have already lined her up for my next trip!
Nancy has been absolutely wonderful with my little wiener dog, Basil. She’s incredibly personable and kind, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. Basil absolutely loves spending time with her, which gives me total peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nancy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Schedule
Before becoming on-line business owner and coach, I was a corporate accountant in Ottawa, Canada. I now work remotely/on-line which allows me to be home most of the day with your beloved pets and accommodate your pets needs even further. I have spent that last 7 years in New Zealand coming back to Canada for Summer visits. However, I have since moved back to Courtenay. I love to travel and spend time with animals and have fallen in love with many of the locations and pets I return to on a regular basis. Many families appreciate having someone familiar come back to care for their fur-babies. As a pet owner, I now fill the void of losing a beloved pet by offering to pet sit. It's a win-win!! I have several dozen reviews I’d be happy to share upon request. I have a lot of expererience with all types of pets, administering medications as well as ensuring they are following your rules/guidelines set up in your welcome guide. I love to take lots of pictures and keep you updated with our adventures. I pride myself on being respectful, and treating your home as if it were my own. I always leave your home better than you left it (if thats possible) , so you can come home to a clean house, without any worries about cleaning up after anyone.
