My name is Nancy, and I’m a happy-go-lucky, reliable person who would love to care for your fur family! I’ve been passionate about animals my entire life. From the moment I had my first pony ride, I was hooked! Over the past 40 years, I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals—including dogs, cats, chickens, goats, fish, and of course, horses. I've had the joy of owning many breeds, from German Shepherds and Pit Bull mixes to Terriers, Sheepdogs, Chows, Golden Retrievers, and more. In addition to caring for my own animals, I’ve also fostered dogs—and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a pet find their forever home. I’ve often been told I have an incredible amount of patience, and animals seem to sense that. In fact, someone once said I have "the patience of Job from the Bible"—and I like to think that helps animals feel calm and at ease around me. I'm also happy to share photo updates, so you can see all the fun your pets and I are having together! I’m a country girl at heart, and I’m thankful for the values and love for animals that lifestyle has given me. If you're ready, I’d love to set up a meet and greet and begin this journey as your trusted pet sitter and companion. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry loved ones! I do have a full-time job, but I’m fortunate to have flexibility in my schedule. I’m able to adjust my hours as needed, and I can come home during lunch to check in on everyone. Currently, my days off are Wednesday and Thursday. If it would be helpful for your pet and your schedule allows, you might consider planning your departure for Tuesday. That way, I can spend my two full days off with them at the very start of my stay, helping them settle in comfortably. Let me know what works best for you—I’m happy to accommodate whenever possible! When I care for your pets in your home, they are my top priority. I don’t watch TV, browse the web, or get distracted until all of their needs are fully met. That includes meals, walks, cuddles, long chats, playtime, and grooming. Your pets will always have my full attention and affection—just like they deserve.

Nancy did a great job with Wrigley! She kept me updated and sent pictures of Wrigley enjoying their time together. I missed Wrigley but felt comfortable being away from her because she was in caring hands.
My cats were very happy having Nancy pet sit for them! She is good at communication and sending photos. I am grateful and would have her house sit for us again.
Trip went wonderful and I’m so happy Nancy was taking care of my pets! She’s communicative and everything went without a hitch. Came home to happy pets. Thanks!

Nancy did a great job watching our house and our sweet Lottie. We were totally comfortable being gone for almost 2 weeks with Nancy taking care of everything. We will be using her again when we travel.

Planning
I do have a full-time job, but I’m fortunate to have flexibility in my schedule. I’m able to adjust my hours as needed, and I can come home during lunch to check in on everyone if needed. Currently, my days off are Friday,Saturday and Sunday. If it would be helpful for your pet and your schedule allows, you might consider planning your departure for Friday.
