Loving and Reliable Pet Sitter
I have been a dog sitter and foster for over 15 years. I have been trusted by friends, neighbors, co-workers, and bosses to care for their animals for varying periods of time and conditions. I offer patience and enthusiasm to ensure your pet gets the best care in my time with them. Although I am not a certified trainer, I do enjoy working with pets to develop skills and habits that support energy release and mental stimulation. I have experience with dogs with senior dogs and cats. I have provided medications as needed and supported dogs with mobility issues. Some history about me and my pets: I've had two pitbulls at separate times over the last 10 years. Both of them were adopted, coming from different conditions. My first girl, Rocca was a sweet, cuddly, confident angel. My current dog, Maizie, is more fearful but has come a long way in her confidence building. She was reactive to other dogs when she first came to me and we've worked through it enough where she doesn't mind other dogs around anymore. Both of them developed arthritis and their medications/needs have been different but I've been able to accommodate both. Maizie tore her CCL in 2025 so I am also familiar with the injury and care needed after surgery. Safety, trust & environment
At this time, I can support pets in client homes. I am happy to do a meet-and-greet with you and your pet to ensure everyone is comfortable before starting care. I would like to know about allergies or preferences with your pet, any quirks or things to keep an eye out for. For overnight/extended care, I am happy to support routines with pets like if they eat or walk at certain times, have dedicated crate time, etc. I also will make sure I treat your home like my own and maintain a clean space.

We felt so comfortable leaving our beloved (and stressy) dog with Nancy while we were out of the country. She was excellent at communicating with us, attentive to issues with our house while we were gone, and even did some training with Stega! She really goes above and beyond. And when we came back, I could tell that Stega had a relaxing time and got lots of love. We love Nancy!
Nancy was great! She was responsive to the needs of our 16 yo finicky cat & kept our 12 yo Shepard busy & attended to. She was great at keeping us abreast of any issues that arose that needed some clarification while we were gone. She took the initiative to clean all the counters & toilets in the house & changed & washed the bed sheets! All more than we expected. We will definitely request her assistance again!

Nancy is great! She is clearly very good with dogs, and I appreciate that she has experience with handling large, leash-reactive dogs. She was very flexible when I requested a last minute walk and even squeezed in a meet and greet to make sure my dog recognized her and felt comfortable. She was communicative and shared pictures and an update on how the walk went. I recommend her and would definitely hire again. Thanks!
I’ve known Nancy for years and they’re a phenomenal pet taker. Not only have they helped me train my own dog, I’ve seen them raise and train two of the most well behaved and kind pitbulls. I swear they’re a dog whisperer. Their ability to connect with animals is unmatched and I’ve seen them asked to take care and petsit numerous animals over the years including dogs, cats, rabbits. My dog absolutely adores Nancy and I know she’s in great hands anytime I need Nancy to watch over my pup. You won’t regret having Nancy watch your babies!

Schedule
I mostly work from home and work a flexible schedule. I am most available Thursdays to Sundays but can adjust my schedule with enough notice. I am able to support a range of care whether you need a daily walker or a weeks long sitter while you're on vacation, I can make it work.
