I adore caring for dogs. They are sensitive and intelligent with such zest for life. My first job was caring for the dog next door for the whole summer! I love walking, playing with them and grooming too.

Our dog, Cooper, was so happy staying with Nancy and her husband! I think he was disappointed to have to come home! Nancy sent updates and pictures frequently - it was nice to see that he was happy and well taken care of!
Nancy took excellent care of our dog! It was the first time leaving our lightly neurotic shepherd mix, Honey, anywhere, and we were a little anxious how she would do. She settled in with Nancy almost instantly and was very well cared for. Nancy checked in and sent pictures daily, which we loved! Seeing our pup happy and relaxed made it easy to enjoy our time away. We will absolutely be using Nancy again when we travel without dogs. Honey will definitely be looking forward to it.
This was our terrier’s first time with Nancy. Lucy was at ease during drop off and happy at pickup. Nancy sent us updates and pictures that communicated warmth and appreciation for our pup. Wonderful sitter!

Schedule
Most of the time, I am at home. I enjoy having a dog curled up on my lap or beside me. I love taking care of one dog at a time in my home.

I have a roomy backyard that is perfect for exploring and live on a shady tree lined street. This is great for walking your dog.
A typical day
I have a large shady yard that is surrounded by forest. Our street has almost no traffic and therefore is perfect for walking and smelling all the interesting smells!
