Please read; All pets must be spayed or neutered. All pets must be on flea and tic prevention. Proof of current vaccinations must be present for meet and greet. All pets must be house broken. Hi, I'm Nancy and Phoebe is my dog. I have had a dog most of my life. Some may think I'm crazy but I consider my dog an important part of the family and I can't imagine being without her. When I travel I need to know that she is being cared for by someone who treats her as their own. I bet your thinking the same and that's why I created Phoebe's Pad. Phoebe's Pad is my home. It's a cozy 1930's Spanish style cottage with hardwood floors and a functional fireplace. I have turned the spare bedroom into a area where your dog can feel safe. When I'm home your dog can roam the house but when I leave the house your dog will be comfortable and safe in it's own room. If there are multiple dogs visiting I will keep them separated if necessary. I work from home so your dog(s) will not be alone. I promise to take care of your dog as my own so you don't have to worry while your away. Please feel free to contact me today. Nancy I have had dogs all my life from Great Danes to Yorkshire Terriers! About my yard My backyard has a 3 ft high wire fence. If you think your dog will try to escape will put him on a leash to go out. I take my dog to the park across the street twice a day to play fetch and socialize with people and other dogs. When dogs visit I take them too. My experience administering medication I will administer oral and topical medication only.

This was Nellie’s second visit with Nancy as a daytime visit. She got to play with several other dogs MCy was watching. She made sure to have them separated so that Nellie could be introduced gradually to them. I appreciated that since Nellie is rather skittish around new dogs. She has a great day playing and was completely exhausted afterward. Nancy is very attentive to the dog’s needs and very conscientious about safely. I will absolutely continue to use her when we are in this area!
Nancy is a terrific dog sitter! She has a very dog-friendly home and yard which is fenced in for small-med sized dogs. She takes great measures to assure the dog’s safety and treated our Nellie as her own. I will absolutely use Nancy again while we are staying in the Melbourne area.

Nancy did a great job watching our small dog, Teddy. We appreciated how she kept us updated. Also, as a bonus, she was watching other dogs during the same time frame, so Teddy had lots of company.
