Furbaby Paw-Some Retreat
My husband and I have had pets all our lives! We love animals and especially our furry dog friends. We would love the opportunity to care for your furry loved one, to give them the care and love they deserve while you are away. We have a little Mini Schnauzer, age 12 years that loves his furry friends! He has been to puppy obedience classes and has done excellent with all other dogs! We also have a poodle mix girl 14 yrs that is sweet as can be! We also have a kitty named Sylvester who is 12 years old and a kitty named Cocoa that is 10 years, a rescue kitty, Jazzy 8 and a rescue kitty, Inky 12! Sylvester thinks he is a dog and very friendly! Cocoa kitty and Jazzy and Inky kitty are all friendly too but prefer to hide when new guests (people and animals ) come to visit! We have a nice little house perfect for an extra dog to share. We have a beautiful privacy fenced -in yard. We will take your fur-baby for walks for needed exercise! We can also watch your kitties for you ONLY if I feel it is safe! We prefer NOT TO DO ADULT CATS Our kitties are adults and they do better with kittens!! Very important to note! We hope you will consider us for your fur-baby!

Do not book with this sitter. Nancy is a nice person but is not a good fit to be a Rover watcher. We had the meet and greet with my 6 month old 35 pound active puppy and she agreed to watch her. I booked the week and dropped her off the morning of my trip. When I arrived her dog attacked my dog and she didn't even try to break it up, where as I had to rescue my dog from hers. My dog is bigger than hers so hers would have been the one to get hurt. She assured me they would be kept apart. I was in the car on my way to the airport when I get a text from Nancy saying she can't watch my dog. She didn't even give her a chance to settle in. I didn't know what to do. I almost had to cancel my trip. Luckily my friend who was driving me to the airport said he would pick up my dog and take her to the kennel he uses. He had to drive 30 miles out of his way to do this but it saved the day and I was able to go. Nancy said she was sorry but that does not make up for it.
Very Pleased, Took our request on short notice. Skeeter had a wonderful time with his new friends and was sent updates and pictures daily. I will use Nancy for our next stay!

I was absolutely delighted with the care and love my dog received from Nancy and James. They sent me photos and videos of Magnus and it was clear he was quite happy. He enjoyed their dog and cat too. I would bring Magnus back without hesitation. Thanks!!!
Nancy and James were so kind to our dogs! They took good care of them and sent us some cute photos of our dogs while we were on our vacation. They were very flexible with our departure and arrival times- which was much appreciated. We would recommend Nancy and James and would be very comfortable having our dogs stay with them in the future.

Schedule
I’m home most of the time! So I’m flexible in the care of your pet! I prefer Monday thru Friday but will consider Saturdays also!

We live near several dog parks and we live in a neighborhood that’s great for walking! And with your permission we will take your Fur-Baby to enjoy this! Again, only if is allowed by you!!
