A typical day
I have several hiking trails right outside my door in walking distance. Sachem's trail, Poet Seat Tower etc. I love to take your dogs for adventurous walks where they can enjoy the outdoors as they sniff away to engage with their environment. Hiking is mentally stimulating and a stress relieving exercise!

Allow me to love, feed, walk and play with your pet! I understand that your pet is your baby, and it can be difficult to leave your pet with an unfamiliar person. Please leave your worries behind in knowing your pet is in good hands. I grew up in a home with cats and dogs. My mother was a Lhasa Apsos breeder and an avid cat lover! We always had animals in our home and we were taught to care and respect them. One of my mother's favorite saying.....There is nothing like a warm cat and a good book.

I am happy to add my testimonial regarding Nancy’s other recommendations for animal care! Nancy has cared for my now 10 year old diabetic dog Shiloh lovingly and responsibly over the past few years. And it was clear from his first stay with her that Shiloh was readily at ease under her care. In fact, he settled right in with her while I was away - so much so that I hoped he would be willing to come home with me upon my return. :) More recently, Shiloh was diagnosed with diabetes and I was concerned that Nancy might have reservations continuing care for Shiloh. But to my surprise and appreciation, Nancy happily agreed to learn to administer Shiloh’s insulin and regulate his feeding to a tight schedule during his stays with her. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me, as I was worried I might have to find someone new - unfamiliar to both Shiloh and I. In short, Shiloh is a very happy guy whenever he gets to stay with Nancy and her family as am I!
