I love what I do.
I have 20 years of hands-on animal care experience, and I actually love being around them, and putting my skills to good use. They bring me great joy, and I try to reciprocate that. I would love to work locally so I am able to work my own hours around my grandsons educational needs, while providing income by doing what I love. I have my Veterinary Assistant certificate, and have experience in applying some medications. I am aware of the drastic New England temperatures, as I've lived her all my life, and I take that into great consideration when caring for the animals entrusted in my care. Our Yorkshire Terrier had a wonderful stay with Nancy. She took good care of her and bonded with her right away. We felt confident leaving on vacation with her in good hands.

Schedule
I am available seven days a week, 24/7 I can work a schedule with you, or be on call. I will send you pictures and updates, you can call to check in at anytime at all.

Safety, trust & environment
I have always practiced safety first when working with animals. I truly love them all, and will take necessary precautions to prevent anything negative happening. I make them feel at home while in my care, they are allowed free range of my home. I know some dogs can go unleashed, but I do NOT let them off leash while in my care. I apologize for this, but I will walk them on a leash as many times as they like!

A typical day
If doggy likes ball, we play ball, if doggy wants cuddles, doggy gets cuddles, if doggy likes walks, we walk, I adjust to whatever the dogs personality is!
