One of the best, if not the best rover we have ever had! Super reliable, caring, and communicative the entire time. I felt completely at ease knowing my pet was in such good hands. They went above and beyond with updates, photos, and making sure everything was perfect. My senior dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. She didn't even want to leave when we came to pick her up! I would absolutely book again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!

We have a rescue dog who has separation anxiety. In our pet details it says we are looking for home doggy daycare so we don’t have to leave him alone and big doggy daycares might be too overwhelming. When we arrived for drop-off, we weren’t greeted by Nana but instead Kevin. We should have asked where she was but we had somewhere to go and my husband said it’d be okay. I had booked until 4:00 but we finished early so at 2:30 I messaged and said we’d be there in 5-10 minutes. When we arrived, no one answered the door. The car out front was gone. Our dog was looking through the window, wondering why he couldn’t come to us. A few minutes later Kevin pulled up with their dogs. He opened the door, we got our dog and left, feeling very unhappy about what transpired. Our dog was wearing a diaper so he wouldn’t have an accident in the house I guess. In messages after, they said she was sick in bed. That should have been shared with us earlier. If I book with the person listed on this site, I expect that person to care for my dog. As I told them, these experiences are supposed to be about transparency and trust, and neither occurred in what was supposed to be a relaxed, fun home doggy daycare for our anxious dog. I know she has lots of good reviews but my experience is valid too, and I think it’s important to share so people can make informed decisions.

So grateful for the care that our 14-year-old mini poodle received. We had an extended trip to the East Coast and I was thankful to find Nana. Great communication -- I felt comfortable bringing him there without a meet-n-greet because of the reviews and communication. Then, the pictures and updates during our time away gave me great peace of mind. Thank you, Nana -- would love to have Dillon stay again!

Nana was amazing! She sent daily pictures and updates and asked me questions when any concerns arose. I would 10/10 recommend!
