I am retired and looking for part time flexible work that I enjoy. We have two dogs that we walk daily but I would like to do more.

I always keep dogs on leash but it is important to have an emergency recall word should they unexpectedly get away. I use the word “chicken” with my dogs.
A typical day
I love walking in the different parks in the area - my favorite is Point au Roche. There is a bike path if it rainy and trails in the woods. When it is raining we walk on the bike path to avoid the mud. Playing with cats can be quite entertaining as they are so quick and agile. Some love to chase lasers and some love toys dangling from a pole. There are also battery operated toys like mouse mats.

I have been a cat sitter for many years but prefer outdoor dog walking and fresh air for all! Our two dogs keep us moving daily which is so important.

Nan was an absolute gem! Every update we received had more than 20 pictures documenting every task we asked of her and of course updates about our pet and how he was doing. Nan is the absolute best! She has been walking my boy, Hudson, for the past 4, almost 5 months. You can tell she truly does love this job and all of her furry friends! Hudson is so excited in Tuesdays and Thursdays when he gets to see Nan! She is so accomdating and will work with my at times hectic schedule. I would recommend Nan to anyone looking for a dog walker.
