I currently work part-time, which means I have plenty of flexibility during the day to focus on pet care. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, so whether it’s weekday walks, playtime breaks, or weekend visits, I’m available and ready. My weekends are completely free, so longer stays or extra attention when you’re away is no problem at all.

I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and needs before we hang out. It’s super helpful if you can share: • Their daily routine – feeding times, walk schedule, sleep habits • Any medical needs or allergies – meds, sensitivities, or anything I should watch for • Behavior quirks – Are they shy? Scared of loud noises? A flight risk when doors open? • How they are with other pets or people – in case we’re out walking or at the park • Favorite toys, treats, or games – because every pet deserves a little extra joy 💕 • Any rules at home – furniture boundaries, crate training, etc. The more I know, the better I can keep your fur baby safe, happy, and comfy while you’re away!
A typical day
Oh, where do I begin! Whether it’s tail-wagging walks around the neighborhood, cozy cuddle sessions on the couch, or playing endless games of fetch (I’ve got a pretty decent arm!), I make sure every pet has a blast. I love matching their energy—if your pup is active, we’ll be zooming around the yard like we’re in the Pawlympics. If they’re more into chilling, we’ll have spa-level snuggles and belly rubs galore. I also enjoy giving lots of praise and treats, and just making them feel safe, loved, and totally spoiled. 😄

I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs—the kind where you smile just seeing one walk by. Over the years, I’ve cared for both spirited puppies and mellow senior dogs, and I’ve loved every stage in between. My parents brought home a beagle three years ago, and from teething to training, I’ve been part of his puppy journey ever since. More recently, I’ve helped care for my boss’s 11-year-old dog, Iggy, which gave me insight into the gentler pace and extra care older pups sometimes need. What makes me different? I approach every dog with curiosity—no two are the same, and I love figuring out what makes each tail wag. I’m dependable, warm, and genuinely enjoy long walks, cuddle breaks, and the little routines that make dogs feel safe and happy. Whether it’s playtime or quiet time, I adapt with heart and care.

Bensha was awesome, she’s neat and tidy, clean the house, watched our dog so excellent aria just loved her, always took pictures for us and updated stuff. She has done with her, she’s so friendly and I will get her again definitely well trusted.❤️ she even took aria for walks every day
Bensha is our regular sitter for our dog - Bailey. She is a wonderful, reliable and trustworthy person. Bensha has always been willing to work with us. She has a love for animals and cares for our pet as though she is her own. We don’t have any concerns leaving our dog in her care as we know she is being well taken care of. Bailey receives top notch care!
Namratha (Bensha) is an incredible pet caregiver. She has been looking after my dog (a mixed bichon poodle eskimo) that is 11 years old (she thinks she is 2) for the past year and a half . I travel quite often for work so she comes and stays with her at my home and plays with her and takes her on lots of walks . There was a time last year where my dog i think equally loves Bensha as much as me... lol and that makes me feel so at ease when I go away sometimes for a few days, or a week or even as long as two weeks at a time. She has been truly a gift as I was transferred to Thunder Bay 2 years ago and didn't know anyone. I would highly recommend Bensha for pet caregiver. She genuinely loves dogs and my dog genuinely loves her. You couldnt get a better caregiver /dog walker/ dog lover than Bensha :)
