FurBaby Caretaker!
For 30 years I’ve been an animal lover and I’ve worked with animals throughout my life! I currently have a 3 year old Australian Shepherd mix and we love exploring the outdoors and working on training together! Growing up I trained my family dog in 4H showmanship, agility, and obedience. I also worked 5 summers as a horseback riding instructor and have worked in many other outdoor and environmental education programs. I love getting to know every dog’s unique personality and I am confident that I can work with any dog’s special needs, whether medical or behavior related. I appreciate that the connection and relationships we build with non-human animals are unlike any other and should be cherished!

I would love to take your dog on walks in their neighborhood, at the dog park, or even on hikes depending on your preference! I am comfortable and confident with all types of dogs and special needs, whether medical or behavioral. I can also furbabysit small dogs in my home with my friendly pup, Cedar! I always treat every furbaby with the same respect, care, and attention I would give to my own pup!

I’ve known Nali for 15 years. She has always been a huge animal lover as long as I’ve known her-from horses, dogs, cats, and beyond. Seeing how much love and patience she has for her own dog is clear enough, but she’s also so good with other pets as well. My dog loves her so much, she’s probably his favorite human outside of our own household! Nali takes such good care of him when she’s dogsat for me while I’m out of town, and she’s even helped me get him walks when I’ve been sick from my chronic illness. She is always responsible, good at communication, and reliable. I know that I can count on her to both show up when I need help, as well as be a compassionate, patient, and responsible caretaker for my pet. I can’t recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am currently guiding backpacking trips at different points in the summer, but outside of that I am fully available for quality furbaby care services!
