Big family with big love for pets!
We are a husband and wife with 5 kids ranging from toddler to teenager with 1 cat and 1 dog. We all love getting to meet new dogs and having them stay with us. We have the flexibility in our schedule to be able to be home with dogs through out the day. We do crate any new dogs overnight while they are sleeping for everyone's safety and comfort. We are happy to do a phone/video call or schedule a meet and greet at our home to answer any questions you might have for us.

This was my dog’s third time staying with Nalani, and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s always so flexible with pickup and drop-off times, and I truly feel at ease leaving my pup with her—especially this time, since my dog had recently been spayed. Nalani sent daily photo updates and stayed in great communication the entire time. My mom’s dog has also stayed with her in the past, and she was just as amazing with him too. She really goes above and beyond, and we’re so grateful to have found her!
Rusty always loves going to Nalani’s. He loves all the attention he gets and we love getting daily pictures and updates!

Schedule
I am a stay-at-home mom and my husband works from home so someone is almost always home. We already have our own dog so we have a regular schedule with feedings, bathroom breaks, and walks. We have errands and kids' extracurriculars but make sure that the dogs are taken care of before and after and in between.

Safety, trust & environment
We have extra deadbolt locks on the tops of both our front and back doors so we can regulate when the dogs go in and out of the house. We also have combination locks on both gates from the front to back yards so they aren't opened without parental approval. Our back yard is fully fenced. Our home is dog (and child) proof.
Pets
A typical day
We have a great neighborhood for walks with lots of friendly dogs and kids. We also play a lot in the backyard and inside with toys and activities for days with bad weather. We are happy to use any toys or activities you bring for your dog and we also have our own collection of toys available for use. Our kids are the real entertainment around here and they love getting to play fetch, tug-of-war, and snuggle.
