I’m a lifelong animal lover with over nine (9) years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs. What truly sets me apart is my calm, confident approach with animals who need a little extra understanding—whether that’s large and giant breeds, seniors, special needs pets, or those labeled “aggressive.” As a former Board Member of the Dunn County Humane Society, I stay connected to leading animal welfare practices in our region and bring that knowledge directly into the care I provide. I’m also certified in Cat and Dog First Aid through the American Red Cross (2024) and trained in medication administration, mobility support, and enrichment-based care. Whether your pet needs a brisk walk, structured playtime, gentle companionship, or close medical supervision, I’ll tailor every visit to their comfort and well-being. My goal is simple: when you come home, your pet will be relaxed, happy, and well cared for—just like family.

Your pet’s comfort, safety, and routine are my top priorities. I provide care in your home, where your pet feels most secure and confident. I’m certified in Cat and Dog First Aid (American Red Cross, 2024), experienced with both oral and injected medications, and comfortable supporting senior pets, high-energy breeds, special needs animals, and those labeled as “aggressive.” As a former Board Member at the Dunn County Humane Society, I bring both compassion and professional-level animal care knowledge to every visit. I take pride in maintaining your home’s security, following all care instructions closely, and ensuring your pets feel calm, loved, and well looked after while you’re away.

We have used Nakkiah multiple times for our dog while we were gone for more than a week, as well as just a couple of days. She always does a great job with him and he enjoys his time while she is there with him.

Schedule
I currently work full-time Monday through Friday from 8am–5pm, but I still maintain reliable availability for pet care throughout the week. I’m available for early morning weekday walks or drop-in visits between 5am–6am (completed by 6:30am), as well as evening visits after work. My weekends, evenings, nights, and federal holidays are generally open for more flexible scheduling. Because I do not currently have a partner, children, or pets of my own, I also offer overnight and extended in-home care. I’m able to dedicate focused time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether your pet needs companionship, medication support, enrichment, or a consistent routine while you’re away, I prioritize clear communication, reliability, and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.
