I have a flexible hybrid work schedule that allows me to spend plenty of time at home with the dogs in my care. Throughout the day, pups receive attention, playtime, and supervised outdoor time in our fenced backyard. Like most families, we do occasionally leave the house for work, appointments, and kids’ activities. Because of this, dogs staying with us should be comfortable being home for short periods of time. Drop-off and pick-up times are scheduled in advance so I can plan my day and maintain a smooth routine for all dogs in my care. I kindly ask that pet parents arrive on time or communicate if their schedule changes. I’m always happy to talk through your dog’s routine to make sure our home is a great fit for their needs.

Safety, trust & environment

House Rules Creating a safe and comfortable environment for every dog in my care is very important to me. I have some guidelines that help accomplish this goal: - Dogs staying with us should be comfortable in a calm home environment and able to interact safely with people and other dogs. - All dogs must complete a meet-and-greet before their first stay. Meet and greets take place at a local park to ensure everyone's comfort & safety. Video tours of the home are available upon request. - Prior to the meet and greet, a form for each pup must be completed to ensure care, temperament & needs are adequately documented. - Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. You can upload records to the form. - Dogs should be comfortable being home for periods of time when the family steps out. - Owners should provide food, medications, bowls, leash and care instructions.

A typical day

A typical day starts with morning potty breaks and breakfast, followed by some outdoor time in the yard to stretch, explore, and burn off a little energy. Throughout the day, pups enjoy supervised playtime outside, relaxing indoors, and plenty of attention. We follow a calm routine so dogs can settle in comfortably and feel at ease. Dogs enjoy supervised time in our large fenced backyard for running, playing fetch, or just exploring. Inside, they relax in a cozy home environment where they’re treated like part of the family. In the evenings, we have dinner time, more outdoor time, and wind down with a relaxed atmosphere so pups can rest comfortably before bedtime

Your Dogs Home Away From Home

Pet care experience

(Please Note: Due to ever-shifting summer schedules, drop-off & pick-ups for Mon-Fri will be scheduled for after 4pm.) I previously worked at Little Dogs Resort & Salon in Salt Lake City, Utah, where I gained hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of dogs with different personalities and needs. Now that Georgia is home, I’m excited to continue doing what I love — providing a safe, fun, and comfortable environment for dogs while their families are away. My goal is to create a calm, playful, and secure space where your pup can relax and enjoy their stay. Dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, outdoor playtime, and loving supervision throughout the day. Our home sits on a half-acre lot with a large fenced backyard that dogs love to explore. There is plenty of room for running, playing fetch, and enjoying supervised outdoor time. I have a spunky lil furbaby who loves meeting new friends of all sizes. When staying with us, dogs are treated like part of the family. Most pups enjoy free roam of the home and are crated for safety, rest time, or feeding. Please plan to bring your pups crate. I also accept dogs who are not crate-trained but those spots a very limited. My two kids and I love welcoming dogs into our home and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.
