Najeara is incredible! She was punctual, kind, respectful and professional. I could not have chosen a better person to take care of Prince. So long as she's offering her services on Rover, I'll continue to book her!

If you love, value or even respect your dog, do not let Najeara be your pet sitter. In brief my dog has allergies and needs to have a decently close eye kept on her, which I spoke to Najeara about the day before service. These are my grievances about my dogs stay: Najeara does not update you on what’s going on unless you ask. I believe this is due to her going to work (not remote) and her boyfriend “watching” my dog. By watching my dog that meant, once she finally sent me a picture of my dog I saw that my dogs thick rope leash had been broken (which I discovered in the picture, and she did not have the courtesy of telling me). Upon inquiry she stated ‘the dog chewed it off while she was left outside. That alone was concerning b/c that’s not normal behavior for my dog, but even more concerning is when my family member went to pick my dog up the next morning (initially I planned to get my dog around 11pm). There was a different dog chained to her porch with feces surrounding it. I was never notified that she had a dog or was watching another dog. But what’s worse is that my family member was outside for 45min-1hr knocking on her door and was unable to get my dog because per Najeara her boyfriend is a heavy sleeper and the AC was running. I’m not sure how a person knocking, a dog on the porch and a dog in the house barking doesn’t wake someone up, but that seems to be the case at this residence. Aside from that she was rude and attempted to shame me for picking up my dog earlier than scheduled and told me that my “family member would just have to wait until her boyfriend woke up.” Thankfully when my family member returned around noon he was awake and able to get my dog. At that time my family member asked where the rest of my dogs food was and was told the dog ate it all. But remember, I was supposed to pick the dog up originally at 11pm, so who knows what my dog would’ve ate that evening. Ultimately, I failed to do my due diligence in vetting a sitter, and so I’m doing it for you. If you love, value or respect your dog, avoid this sitter at all cost.

Najeara will love and care for your pet as much as you do. No matter how big or small your pet is, she will spoil them. She loves taking them on Walks and taking them to a field to run around and play. She was always available to care for my pets no matter what time it was.

I’ve known her for over 10 years and she always loved caring for animals. She loves to take them on walks and let them run around in the park. She is definitely a FURever friend. You will not be disappointed when booking with her.
