⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Experience!!! I Couldn’t Have Asked for Better Care Leaving Tonka for the first time was honestly nerve racking, but Naiomie made the entire experience stress free from day one. She sent me updates, photos, and videos throughout every single day, so I never had to wonder how he was doing. It quickly became obvious that she wasn’t just watching him, she genuinely cared about him. She took the time to learn his personality, celebrate his milestones, and even pointed out little behaviors that helped me become a better dog owner. She introduced him to her dogs slowly and safely, and before long they were playing together like old friends. Seeing my puppy build confidence, socialize appropriately, and genuinely enjoy himself meant the world to me. She even noticed that Tonka learned to ring the bell when he needed to go outside and made sure to reinforce that behavior. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She kept his bedding clean, cleaned his eyes daily, monitored his potty habits, let me know about behaviors that needed training, and adapted her routine to fit what worked best for him. She didn’t just tell me everything was perfect, she gave me honest updates and thoughtful observations, which I really appreciated. By the end of his stay, it honestly seemed like Tonka had become part of the family. She told me she was sad to see him leave, and I could tell the feeling was mutual. As an owner, that’s incredibly reassuring. Naomi was amazing and has a huge heart for pups. She had our Benny for 2 nights and was great with communicating and updating us with photos and video of his time there. Highly Recommended! We will be using her for all our vacations.
