Hi! I am a full time illustrator, maker and cat-carer based in North West London — I am also your quintessential 'cat lady', having two of my own, and a whole host of others I look after in and around the city. I’ve been caring for cats for over 12 years. I grew up surrounded by animals, and my bond with cats in particular has always run deep — we’ve had an affinity for each other since I was a child. Why choose me? Cat sitting isn't just a job for me - it's personal, and it holds top priority in my life. I ensure I build a bond with every cat I'm entrusted to look after. My relationship with my clients go beyond the timeframe of a required sit, and their parents/owners will continue to hear from me long after the sit is completed because once I build that connection, it stays for life. I can empathise and communicate with cats in a way I don't take for granted, and they can sense that and have an affinity for me as well. As a cat carer, I look after cats from the comfort of their own homes. This primarily means looking after their daily needsand ensuring they are safe and happy and have the care they would otherwise receive from their own families. This includes feeding them, grooming them, cleaning them, playing with them and keeping them engaged, administering medication when required, and taking them to the vet for scheduled visits. As a dedicated cat lover and caregiver, my commitment to the welfare of cats is both profound and personal. The bond I share with cats goes beyond simple affection; it's a deep-rooted love that fuels my drive to ensure their well-being. Being a cat parent, I understand the anxiety one feels about leaving their cats alone; and I see my own two in every cat I look after in terms of their needs and wants for company. In India, I was also actively involved in organising Animal Birth Control (ABC) and vaccination drives, as well as conducting educational sessions in local communities to raise awareness about the care of stray cats. I hold an Enhanced DBS check, available on request.

I have my DBS Check and my Enhanced DBS Check certifications which I am happy to provide as references if required. I will treat your home with utmost respect, leaving it as neat as it was given to me before the sit commenced, cleaning up after your cats in the way you would yourself. I am happy to also keep an eye on your plants and tend to them while you're away as well as bring in the mail.

Nafisa is honestly the best cat sitter! She is a true cat whisperer and was absolutely fantastic with Bella. She was so attentive and vigilant, checking everything from Bella’s water and food to making sure she had pooped and was doing well. She took the time to understand Bella’s little quirks and even managed to get her drinking from a water fountain that she had previously shown absolutely no interest in! 😂 She played with Bella, gave her lots of love and attention, and sent me loads of fantastic photos and videos, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. My only worry was that when I came home, Bella might not like me as much anymore because she was having such a great time with Nafisa! 😂 I honestly couldn’t recommend Nafisa enough. She goes above and beyond, and I would absolutely have her look after Bella again.
Nafisa has provided wonderful care for our aging cat, Henry, on several occasions for 1-2 weeks at a time since 2024. As well as carrying out the regular cat chores with reliability and care, she has impressed us with the daily pictures/videos which capture both practical issues (health, food, as needed) and Henry's personality/well being. She has followed our requests for morning visits, and has always taken care to locate or wait for him when he is in his outdoor spots or hidden locations! When we have arrived home after our trips, Henry has been ultra-relaxed, very well brushed and happy. Nafisa has cats of her own and loves animals and it really shows. She is also practical and sensible, if anything goes wrong. I could not recommend Nafisa more to care for your cat.

She has a naturally warm and caring manner, and I would have complete confidence entrusting a much-loved pet to her care. She is attentive, patient and conscientious, and takes her responsibilities very seriously. Any pet in Nafisa’s care would be treated with enormous affection and kindness, while their routines, wellbeing and safety would always be a priority. In our family, she is known as the “cat whisperer” ! I would recommend Nafisa wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring and responsible person to look after their pet.
Nafisa is simply the best cat sitter we have ever had. She is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond every single time. Her knowledge of cat behavior is amazing, and our cat absolutely adores her. We felt completely at ease leaving our kitten with her for the first time during a long trip, which gave us so much peace of mind. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
I couldn’t be happier with the care my cat Anksunamun has received over the past few years. Nafisa is incredibly loving, attentive and genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. Schedule
I am a full time illustrator, maker and cat carer. My cat-sits are always the top priority of my day, and I will fit my work schedules in around it. I do take on overnight stays as well during the week, and for special circumstances, I am willing to do that over the weekend as well.
