Currently I work remotely part-time and supplement my free days working as a substitute teacher. On the days I work from home, I’m usually there all day and on the days I’m in the classroom I typically leave around 2:30 p.m. as Head Start, preschool and kindergarten are my bread and butter. Funny enough, there's a lot of overlap between early education and pet sitting. They both take kindness, attentiveness, and a good sense of humor!

This allows your furry friend to play outside (if they want to), take walks around the neighborhood, or stay in the house with me. I will always adhere to any feeding or walking schedules and if I’m in your home, I will do my best to stick to any routines already in place and ensure a seamless transition for your pet. You can also guarantee that your home will be left in the same condition as when you welcomed me in.

A typical day
In my home I have a few toys to entertain your pup but feel free to bring some of their favorites from home! My backyard is a great size and fenced so you can be sure your dog will be secure and satisfied. For the pups that prefer to lounge around I have a comfy dog bed just for them. But if your baby prefers the couch, they're welcome to cuddle up there too!

NEW TO ROVER but not new to pet care! I’ve been caring for pets for the past 5 years on various sites. My home is welcome to all types of furry friends and my fully fenced backyard is perfect for playtime. As a former pet owner, I know how deeply we love our babies. I also understand that sometimes assistance is needed, and that’s where I am happy to come in.

I have known Naeema for 10+ years now and what I can confidently say is she loves her animals. She actually has dog sat for me when i’ve been on vacation, and she always communicated with me and made sure my dog received the best care. Always prioritized walks, making sure my dog was fed in time and played with him as well. A very trustworthy friend.
I couldn't have left my dog Luna in better hands! I'm so happy to recommend Naeema. She was super accommodating for a last-minute weekend booking! Such an angel! Super responsive and sent lots of updates and pictures, which was greatly appreciated. Luna had a blast at a doggy beach date! Luna had the best time and will definitely be booking again soon!
