Cleanliness & Respect: I treat the client’s home with the utmost respect, keeping spaces clean, secure, and just as I found them (or better). Comfort & Bonding: I spend quality time with the pets—playing, cuddling, or simply sitting nearby—to build trust and help them feel at ease in their owner’s absence. Communication: I provide regular updates, photos, and notes so the client knows their pet is in good hands and can relax while they're away. Emergency Ready: I’m always prepared to handle unexpected situations with care, whether it's a minor issue or something that needs a vet visit. The goal is to make sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for in the familiar comfort of their own home.
