I’ve been around animals my entire life and have about 15 years of hands-on pet care experience, including lots of boarding over the years. I’m comfortable with everything from easygoing companions to pets who need a little more patience and attention—including senior dogs, oral medications, cones, persistent licking/skin issues, and some less-than-perfect habits. I’ve cared for Labs, Dachshunds, Corgis, Pugs, Blue Heelers, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Huskies, Belgian Malinois, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, and plenty of lovable mixed breeds, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I also have experience caring for cats, including hairless cats. Most importantly, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. I pay attention to their routines, quirks, comfort, and all the little things that make them them. And I genuinely love notes—the more, the better! Tell me their routine, their weird habits, what they love, what they hate, where they insist on sleeping, and anything else you think I should know. There’s no such thing as too much information when it comes to making your pet feel comfortable and keeping their routine as normal as possible while you’re away.
