This was my experience; others may have had better ones, but this is what happened to me. I arranged to have my dogs dropped off on the morning of Christmas Day. Ahead of time, I asked Nadia whether she would prefer that I bring them over on Christmas Eve instead, or if Christmas morning would work. She confirmed that Christmas morning would be fine. This timing was important, as I had multiple family commitments that day and was flying out on Boxing Day for a week. When I arrived at the agreed-upon time to drop off the dogs, I was greeted by a man who appeared confused and did not seem to be aware that dogs were scheduled to be dropped off. He closed the door and returned about two minutes later to tell me that Nadia was out and he could not confirm when she would be back. I immediately tried messaging and calling Nadia through Rover but was unable to reach her. After waiting and attempting to contact her for about 30 minutes, I reached out to Rover support. Given the family commitments that day, the lack of responsiveness, and the pressure of potentially needing to find another sitter on Christmas Day, I ultimately had no choice but to leave and cancel the booking. About an hour after I first arrived—after the cancellation process had already been initiated—Nadia messaged to say that her alarm had not gone off. Based on my experience, I would recommend confirming availability, handoff logistics, and contingency plans very clearly—especially for time-sensitive or holiday bookings.

From our first meet up with Nadia, we knew she would take incredible care of our fur baby. We went away for 3 weeks to Europe and we knew the whole time that Zeus was treated like her own. She took him for abdundent walks, feed him what we requested and made him feel loved. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. Nadia watched our puppy Hailey for 7 days. She provided updates with pictures even before we messaged her. Hailey came back to us clean and happy!
