I’m new to pet sitting, but I have extensive hands-on animal care experience as a Veterinary Assistant and Foster Coordinator at an animal shelter. In my role, I care for cats and dogs with different personalities and needs, assess their behavior, monitor their health, and assist foster families with understanding their pets’ needs and finding care routines that work best for them. I have also personally fostered kittens and cared for my own pets. I’m comfortable with feeding, administering medications, basic medical care, animal handling, and recognizing changes in behavior or health. My experience has taught me that every pet is different, and I always take the time to understand what makes each animal feel safe and comfortable.

I have experience caring for animals of different ages, personalities, and behavioral needs, and I’m comfortable following feeding and medication instructions, monitoring for changes in behavior or health, and maintaining a clean and secure environment. I also understand the importance of proper introductions, separation when needed, and respecting each pet’s boundaries.

Schedule
My schedule allows me to dedicate plenty of time to pet care, including feeding, playtime, walks, cleaning, and any additional care they may need. I’m also comfortable following specific routines and instructions to help pets stay as close to their normal schedule as possible.
