Pet care experience
I have two boys (13 and 9) who would love to have our own dog/cat but I don't think they're ready for long term commitment so I think this is a great compromise for them to get their love for animals to be fulfilled!

I have a fenced backyard but it's under a bit of construction. I can walk dogs for most part of the day since I work from home and there is a park and trail within 5 minutes of walk.

There is a park and trail within 5 minutes of my house so I can take them out for a sweet walks. There is plenty of adventures we can go to near the house.
