This allows me to plan my day around walks, check-ins, and feeding times without feeling rushed. I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, and I’m able to adjust to different schedules depending on the pet’s needs. I also make sure to leave enough time between commitments so I can give each pet my full attention and provide consistent care. When caring for pets, I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and consistent environment that matches what they’re used to. I take the time to understand their routine, including feeding schedules, walks, and any specific behaviors or needs, so they feel as comfortable as possible. In a pet owner’s home, I’m very respectful of their space and make sure everything is kept clean and in order. I follow all instructions closely and make sure pets are supervised, safe, and secure at all times. I’m also very attentive to small details, like making sure doors and gates are properly closed, pets are not exposed to anything unsafe, and their environment stays clean especially with things like food areas and litter boxes. Communication is really important to me, so I always send regular updates and photos to keep pet owners informed and reassured while they’re away. My goal is to make sure both the pet and the owner feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Before caring for a pet, I like to understand their routine, personality, and any specific needs they may have. That includes things like feeding schedules, energy level, behavior around other animals, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. I also like to know if there are any medical needs, allergies, or medications, as well as any triggers or habits I should be aware of. It’s also helpful to know things like their favorite activities, how they respond to new people, and any boundaries they may have. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can make sure the pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away.
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping pets happy, active, and comfortable. For dogs, that usually means walks, playtime, and plenty of attention throughout the day whether it’s a game of fetch, exploring outside, or just spending time together so they don’t feel alone. I like to match their energy, so if they’re playful we’ll stay active, and if they’re more relaxed, we’ll keep things calm. For cats, I focus on keeping their routine consistent while also giving them attention in a way they enjoy. That could be playtime with toys, or just sitting with them while they make biscuits and keeping them company if they prefer a quieter vibe. I also make sure things like feeding and litter box cleaning are always handled on time. I like to keep pets both physically and mentally engaged, but most importantly, I want them to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. My goal is for their day to feel fun, stress-free, and as close to their normal routine as possible.

I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and genuinely enjoy caring for them. My family has had our dog, Othello (a schnauzer mix), since 2013, so I’m very familiar with daily routines like feeding, walking, and making sure pets feel comfortable and cared for at home. In 2019, I also helped co-parent and train a pitbull named Bella, where I focused on reinforcing good behavior, consistency, and building trust. That experience taught me patience and how to understand a dog’s needs and personality. I’ve also cared for pets belonging to friends and family, so I’m comfortable adjusting to different temperaments, routines, and energy levels. What sets me apart is that I’m very attentive, calm, and reliable. I take the time to make sure each pet feels safe and cared for, and I always treat them with the same level of attention I would give my own.

I’ve had the pleasure of working directly with Myrical and seeing her interact with my dog Indy. Myrical is highly reliable, loves animals and has a great work ethic. Any dog/cat parent would be lucky to have her take such good care of their precious animals.
Myrical has always been an animal lover! We got our 1st pet in 2013 a Shitzu Terrier mix named Othello He recently passed away in October 2025. When Myrical moved away to Atlanta she and her friend owned two cats. They both loved her! She will often visit pet stores just to play with the animals. I’m sure she will do an amazing job!
If there’s one thing I can say with complete confidence, it’s that animals are not just pets to her—they are family. She recently lost her sweet dog of 13 years, and watching Myrical with him over the years showed me exactly the kind of care, patience, and love she gives. They truly had a special bond. She treated him like an actual brother, making sure he always had toys, good food, and plenty of time outside, especially trips to the dog park. But beyond that, she gave him constant attention, affection, and comfort. She paid attention to his needs, his moods, and even the little things most people overlook. Myrical is naturally nurturing, responsible, and incredibly attentive. She doesn’t just “watch” animal she connects with them. She understands that every pet has its own personality and needs, and she adjusts her care to make them feel safe and loved. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, walks, or just sitting with them so they’re not alone, she puts her whole heart into it. Losing our dog has been hard on our family, but it also reminded me how special Myrical is when it comes to caring for animals. Any pet in her care will be treated with genuine love, patience, and respect just like family. I truly can’t think of anyone better suited to care for someone’s pet than her.
