Hi! I’m a stay-at-home mom and lifelong animal lover offering a safe, active, and loving environment for your dog. We live on a fully fenced 5-acre property with a large grassy yard—perfect for running, playing, and exploring. I have two friendly dogs of my own—Scooby (a 6-year-old Border Collie) and Gus (a 3-year-old retriever mix)—who love meeting and playing with other dogs. We also have a cat named Kona. Our home is full of attention, structure, and lots of affection. Because I’m home full-time, your pet will get constant supervision, regular potty breaks, and plenty of exercise. We go on daily walks down by the river and spend lots of time outdoors, weather permitting. I treat every dog like part of the family and do my best to keep their routine consistent so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and extra reassurance anytime.

What a wonderful family. Mykenzie and her family are so sweet to our dog, Bailey. I know Bailey is having the time of his life when he goes to Mykenzie’s. We definitely plan on using Mykenzie again!

Mykenzie and her family were amazing with Nala. They treated her like she was a part of their family and Nala loved being at their place. We cannot recommend Mykenzie enough, and am looking forward to the next time our sweet girl gets to spend time with Mykenzie, Todd, Gus and Scoobie!
Wonderful experience! Mykenzie was able to accommodate Abel on very short notice, which I greatly appreciated. He spent 3 days in daycare & was well cared for the entire time. Communication was great, I received updates & he came home happy & relaxed. It's clear she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. I would happily book with her again & highly recommend her to other pet parents!
Lucy’s stay with Mykenzie was perfect! Mykenzie communicated with us throughout the three days, sending morning and evening updates and pictures. We already have Lucy booked with her two more times this summer! It’s such a comfort to know Lucy will have fun and be so well taken care of when we can’t have her with us!
Mykenzie was the perfect sitter for our dog. He seemed to be having the time of his life in the daily pictures we received. I never worried about him while out of the country, knowing he was in good hands. Mykenzie and her family took Bolt in like he was one of their own and I really appreciated it. I would highly recommend her without hesitation!

Schedule
Because I’m home full-time, pet care is built into my entire day. I’m able to provide constant supervision, regular potty breaks, feeding on schedule, and multiple outdoor play sessions. We typically start the day with outdoor time, enjoy play and enrichment throughout the day, and finish with evening walks and downtime. Dogs are never left unattended for long.

Inside, they have a calm, comfortable space to rest. I’m home all day to monitor interactions, ensure safety, and stick to your pet’s routine, including feeding schedules and any medications if needed.

Dogs in my care enjoy plenty of outdoor time on our fully fenced 5 acres, playtime with my friendly dogs, and daily walks down by the river. We mix in fetch, exploration, and relaxation so each dog gets the right balance of activity and rest.
