I have taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 16. My passion for animals led me to volunteer at various animal shelters and eventually engage in fostering dogs. I have worked with a lot pups who were neglected and need extra attention/love, therefore I always ensure every dog I care for feels safe and comfortable throughout their time with me. Additionally, I have experience caring for dogs with special needs, behavioral problems, and of all different sizes and breeds. If you would like me to work with your dog on training while they are with me, I would absolutely love to help! I am an active individual who loves being outdoors and exploring new places with furry friends. I love surrounding myself with animals, playing with them, training them and taking care of them. My full time job is caring for your pet(s) and giving them all of my attention! All pets will be treated as a part of my family when they are with me. Having worked with many rescue dogs has made me conscious of animals as individuals. I’m very understanding of dogs who may be anxious and will provide a calm, low stress environment promoting pets to be comfortable. If your dog enjoys playing with other pups, my dog is extremely outgoing, highly energetic and loves making new friends. If your dog is not comfortable around other dogs, I am happy to provide them their own space where they feel safe. If you’d like me to work with your pup on certain behavioral issues or general training I am more than happy to, so don’t hesitate to ask! Your pet is your family and I understand what it’s like to be away from them, so I will be sure to send lots of pictures and always respond promptly!

Mykah was fantastic!! Great communication with daily updates and pictures throughout our trip. Georgia had so much fun meeting and playing with other pups and came home exhausted and excited for next time! Would absolutely book again:)

Mykah is a great sitter for our chihuahua mix; he goes right to her which he won’t do with others. We are comfortable and confident with her caring for pet and highly recommend her.
Mykah is fantastic! She is so sweet and caring.. super responsible and very knowledgeable about dogs. We use her services 5 days a week and know we can count on her. Our Pointer absolutely loves her!
Mykah was so great with Luna! I appreciated that she made time to meet Luna and me before the booking to make sure everything was a good fit. During her time with Luna she communicated frequently and send pictures which I really appreciated. When I got home Luna seemed very happy and relaxed!!
Mykah was great! We felt very comfortable leaving our puppy with her. She communicated very well in the app and answered all questions I had!

A typical day
If you have an athletic or highly active dog, they will fit in wonderfully! Trips to parks (on and off leash if secure), running the trails, and playing fetch will happen every day. On hot days, we’ll play games inside like tug of war, keep away and fetch; we may even go swimming if that’s something your pup enjoys! If your dog is less active, I can bring my activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable. Please let me know what activities your dog enjoys the most so that way I can ensure that they have as much fun as possible while you’re away!!
