Hello Hello Hello! My name is Rue. I am an office dweller with an affinity for dogs. My crew consists of an 8-year-old bully who, like his mother, is a lover of dogs of all sizes and ages. My muffin, a 5-year-old patterdale terrier, who has never met a mouse she couldn’t catch. Lastly, My Pup, a 9-month old shepherd mix who hates to see me relaxing lol. Professionally, I have worked with Animals on and off since my undergrad days. I started out years ago working as a kennel hand at a shelter while home from college on summer break. After that I just couldn’t let it go. More recently, I was employed as a dog walker for a pet care company in Chicago where I also cared for cats and rabbits. After that, I became a certified explosive detection K9 handler. Since then, I have worked in City run animal Shelters caring for all types of animals. I am the person who shows up at the party and ends up hanging out with the dog. In case you were wondering, I also have experience administering meds and vaccinations. I am experienced in all avenues of pet care, especially fun! Whether you have a laid-back baby who enjoys a slow scenic walk or a super charged machine who has some pep in its step, your pet will be well taken care of and will return home ready for a nap.
