My,chaela did a great job carrying for our cat while on a short getaway. Thanks My!

My was great about checking in and sending pictures, left my place in great shape, and I came home to a happy pup!

My'chaela responded quickly and did a meet and greet. Among the things we discussed is that I usually take Ursa on one or two walks a day. I guess I didn't clearly instruct that she had to take Ursa on a walk, so I guess that's on me. Either way, she didn't take her on a single walk from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Also during the meet and greet we discussed that Ursa has developed the habit of getting on my bed upstairs and watching out the window. In hindsight, I should have closed the door to my master bedroom to prevent this. However, judging by the amount of hair on my bed, Ursa spent a good majority of her time alone on the bed upstairs. Maybe I got spoiled with the last house sitter I used off Rover, but my house was always vacuumed when I returned. I guess I didn't discuss it during the meet and greet, so again, that's on me. If you need a warm body to sit in your house and occasionally let your dog out, then My would work fine for you. However, I will not be using her again.

Absolutely amazing she took such great fantastic care of Macy !!! Definitely a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ plus sitter Recommend her highly !!! NOW however...my experience using "Rover" itself was extremely disappointing and dissatisfying!!!! Trying to communicate with your company was beyond difficult!!! Besides your cancelling my reservation.. without my authorization..every time I tried to contact you all I got was the run around from very unprofessional people. Who refused to answer any of my questions or concerns. Were rude and uninformed as to how to help me. I will NEVER use your company again!!! And certainly will not recommend anyone else use you !!!

My' did a very good job of taking care of the dogs. She left the house in good order. I was not informed that she would be gone for several hours to another job until the day she arrived to sit the dogs. I would rather that I could have known that in advance to see if her availability was a good fit for my circumstance. It turns out not to have been a problem but would have rather known that.

My'chaela was booked last minute to care for our 15 yo cat, and did a wonderful job, stopping by twice a day to feed & medicate. We booked her again in a few weeks. We have found a good,reliable pet sitter and are looking forward to having My'Chaela provide that care
