Hi! I’m Mya, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. I grew up with dogs and have been around them ever since, so caring for them feels like second nature to me. I currently work full-time at a pet boarding facility, which means I’m around animals every single day—and I absolutely love it! 🥰 Through my job, I’ve learned so much about pet care, including how to safely administer medications, work with pets of all sizes and personalities, and make sure each one feels safe, happy, and comfortable. I’ve had experience with everything from playful puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra TLC—and that goes for cats too! 🐱💕 I also have a soft spot for cats. Whether they’re shy and need a gentle approach, or outgoing and playful, I’m patient and respectful of each cat’s unique personality. I know how important it is to keep their environment calm and consistent, and I’m happy to help with feeding, litter box care, playtime, and just being a calm companion while you’re away. 😊 Even though I work during the day (8 hours a day, 5 days a week), I’m completely available outside of those hours—including evenings and weekends. I offer house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I’m always happy to stick to your pet’s routine to help them feel at home—even when you’re away. I treat every animal I care for like they’re part of my own family, and I’m always happy to send photo updates, follow special instructions, or just spend extra time making sure your pet feels loved and cared for. 😊

When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat it like I’m a guest in both your home and your pet’s routine! I always follow your instructions carefully—whether it’s feeding times, walk schedules, medications, or just making sure your pet gets their favorite kind of attention (belly rubs, couch cuddles, or a good game of fetch!).🐶🎾 I know every pet is different, so I take the time to get to know their personality and what makes them feel safe and happy. I keep things calm, consistent, and as close to their normal routine as possible. I also make sure to keep your home tidy and respected, and I’m happy to send updates and cute photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. Schedule
Pet care is a big part of my daily life—both personally and professionally! I work full-time at a pet boarding facility, so I spend most of my week caring for animals and gaining hands-on experience with all kinds of pets. Outside of work, I’m fully available for drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting. If I’m house sitting, please note that I will be away for about 8 hours during the day due to my work schedule, but I’ll be with your pet in the mornings, evenings, and overnight to make sure they’re loved, comfortable, and well cared for. I’m completely available Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which are my days off—perfect for pets who need a little extra time and attention!

- To provide the best care for your pet, it's helpful to know the following information ahead of time: Medical History: Any medical conditions, allergies, or medications your pet needs. Dietary Needs: Specific feeding schedules, instructions, dietary restrictions, and favorite treats. Behavioral Traits: Any quirks, fears, or behaviors I should be aware of, such as anxiety triggers or aggression towards other animals. Exercise Preferences: Your pet's typical energy or activity level, and favorite types of exercise or play. Routine and Habits: Daily routines, including bathroom habits, sleep patterns, and any special routines you follow. Socialization: How your pet interacts with other animals and people, and any socialization preferences or concerns. Commands and Training: Any specific commands or training cues your pet knows and responds to. Emergency Contacts: Your preferred vet and emergency contact information in case of any unexpected situations. These can of course all be discussed during a meet and greet if preferred over messages, don't worry, I'll come with questions to ensure the proper care for your fur baby! Having this information will help me ensure your pet is comfortable, happy, and well-cared-for while you're away.
